I just learned this morning that one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met through hiring during renovations has committed su***de. This man was so genuinely kind and always went out of his way to go the extra mile for you, always so happy and pleasant to be around. Su***de in men and in general is becoming a real epidemic and I’m so tired of this happening. This is why The Freedom Ranch and Stomp The Bruce project are SOooo important. This is why I always chat with people and try to get to know them a little deeper then a casual hi how are you. I wish I could’ve had 1 more conversation with him and possibly helped him. Buddy checks are so important, please people, take the time to buddy check your friends and always try to be cognizant of your interactions, sometimes, a simple txt saves a life. ❤️

Today, I signed up at Rize Up strength and conditioning to get my ass back in shape but more importantly, support my brother Corey Phair. Corey and I back in the day went through infantry battle school together. I’m happy to be a member of his gym as I know with Corey spearheading this it’ll be a huge success!

Show some support and join Rize Up in shallow lake, it’s the only gym around so let’s do our part and support Corey!
