2025 UPDATE ❗️

Thank you to everyone who sent us their preferred schedules for 2025! 🐕😊
We received a LARGE amount of them and have been working hard all week to get everyone booked in with their prefered dates as best as possible.
We will be finalizing them and making sure there is no over lap with appointments and will be sending them out in the next few days! Please look over them if anything dosent work please let us know ASAP and we will do our best to change it to fit you schedule better!

We are finally getting ready to close our books for 2024 as we are getting ready to think about the new year ahead, as it is highly recommended to secure your spots for next year by booking for the full year.

‼️ For those who are already clients, starting October 19th, we will be taking all requests for booking the full year of 2025. In doing this we ask that you already come prepared with;
- How often you would like the grooming scheduled.
- If there is a specific day or time of the week needed. We would also need to know, if one of the scheduled appointments happens to land on a holiday or a shop close day if you would like that appointment to be a different day that week or the previous or following week. This will make it easier when planning out your yearly schedule.

Some things to keep in mind when booking;

Hours Of Operation
Mon-Fri 9:30 am-5:30 pm
Sat 10 am-2 pm

This will take time, we ask for your patience as we go through each and every one of you and set up your customized schedule. Rest assured we will be working hard to get through all of them, at which point you will hear back from us with a copy of the schedule. Your next following appointment we will also provide a printout copy of your schedule.

For anyone who is not already a client, our books will open January 3rd, 2025.

📢‼️ ATTENTION ‼️📢

As 2024 comes to an end and we start to think about appointments in 2025, we ask that everyone please review our policies before messaging to book your yearly schedule. Our policies for late pick up/drops off, no-shows, and cancelations have been attached below. There will be a copy attached to all yearly schedules given out as well. We understand that our policies are not for everyone, however, they are necessary in order to continue catering to clients with specific needs. Specifically those who have dogs that do not do as well in loud hectic environments and that do not do well with a multitude of other dogs and people. We offer a strict one on one and are absolutely cage free! This means that our time frames for individual appointments are very specific. We ask everyone to respect our time and policies as we do our clients. We understand that life happens, and sometimes we can't control certain situations, these situations are of course taken into consideration. Please, we ask that if at any time anything comes up to let us know and we will do our best to work with you.

Late arrival / Late pick up
LATE DROP OFF - We allow a 5-10 minute window for late drop off IF the schedule allows for it. We reserve the right to cancel ANY late drop off past the appointment time as well as the full appointment fee. If continuously late it is at our discretion to no longer continue booking you as a client.

LATE PICK UP - We always give an estimated time at drop off and message or call 15-30 minutes before done (more time if asked of course). We ask that dogs are picked up in this time frame to avoid coming in contact with other clients. We are cage free and have nowhere to hold your dog if you are late, resulting in having to push back and make other clients wait. There will be a late fee after the first 5 minutes late.

CANCELATION
We have a 3 strike cancelation policy.
1st time cancelled within 48 hours we don't charge
SECOND TIME - within 48 hours we charge half the groom
THIRD TIME - we charge the full groom all future grooms will be cancelled and must be prepaid to rebook any cancelations after that will not be refunded.

**Cancelations must be made 48 hours before the appointment to avoid any automatic fees. (We do of course take certain circumstances into consideration)

NO SHOWS - If there is a no show and we have tried to make contact with no reply, an automatic charge for the full groom will be needed before rebooking in the future.

OPENING/CLOSE - If you arrive earlier than 5 minutes for your appointment please contact us by phone or text to be sure our table is free to take you early. If our close sign is on please DO NOT come to the door until we are open. We have obligations before and after work.

Our holidays were wonderful, we spent some much needed time relaxing! BUT we are glad to be back! We can't wait to see all of you again!
We hope everyone had a wonderful week and we look forward to seeing our lovely clients for some much needed dog therapy 🐕😊❤️

REMINDER - ❗️

as the school year starts please be aware if you have a 930 appointment we DO NOT open until 930. We have morning obligations.
If the close sign is on please DO NOT come to the door as we are still closed. If you are more then 5 minutes early for your appointment text or call to be sure my table is free. We are strictly one on one and do not take multiple dogs at once. If your early be sure that 1) our sign is on open 2) our table is ready to take you early.

Our sweet boy HUNTER! 🥰🐕🐾 Hunter came in for his very first spa day where he got the deshedding of a lifetime! He got to go home extremely relaxed, happy and with half the amount of hair 😄

Deshedding is one of many reasons why getting groomed on a regular schedule is very important. Short hair, long hair, thick hair or thin hair, a very good bath and thorough deshedding helps regulate body temperature and keeps the skin breathing and healthy!😍🛁🐕🐾

we offer full year pre booking print outs?
we highly recommend pre-booking after each appointment, or if possible, for the whole year. This will guarantee you and your furry one a spot,
We are on average booked out 4-6 weeks.
WE ARE ALREADY 1/4 BOOKED FOR CHRISTMAS!! 🎄that's right, christmas! 🫨
Please don't wait until last minute as you will likely miss out on a spot.
