As 2024 comes to an end and we start to think about appointments in 2025, we ask that everyone please review our policies before messaging to book your yearly schedule. Our policies for late pick up/drops off, no-shows, and cancelations have been attached below. There will be a copy attached to all yearly schedules given out as well. We understand that our policies are not for everyone, however, they are necessary in order to continue catering to clients with specific needs. Specifically those who have dogs that do not do as well in loud hectic environments and that do not do well with a multitude of other dogs and people. We offer a strict one on one and are absolutely cage free! This means that our time frames for individual appointments are very specific. We ask everyone to respect our time and policies as we do our clients. We understand that life happens, and sometimes we can't control certain situations, these situations are of course taken into consideration. Please, we ask that if at any time anything comes up to let us know and we will do our best to work with you.

Late arrival / Late pick up
LATE DROP OFF - We allow a 5-10 minute window for late drop off IF the schedule allows for it. We reserve the right to cancel ANY late drop off past the appointment time as well as the full appointment fee. If continuously late it is at our discretion to no longer continue booking you as a client.
LATE PICK UP - We always give an estimated time at drop off and message or call 15-30 minutes before done (more time if asked of course). We ask that dogs are picked up in this time frame to avoid coming in contact with other clients. We are cage free and have nowhere to hold your dog if you are late, resulting in having to push back and make other clients wait. There will be a late fee after the first 5 minutes late.
CANCELATION
We have a 3 strike cancelation policy.
1st time cancelled within 48 hours we don't charge
SECOND TIME - within 48 hours we charge half the groom
THIRD TIME - we charge the full groom all future grooms will be cancelled and must be prepaid to rebook any cancelations after that will not be refunded.
**Cancelations must be made 48 hours before the appointment to avoid any automatic fees. (We do of course take certain circumstances into consideration)
NO SHOWS - If there is a no show and we have tried to make contact with no reply, an automatic charge for the full groom will be needed before rebooking in the future.
OPENING/CLOSE - If you arrive earlier than 5 minutes for your appointment please contact us by phone or text to be sure our table is free to take you early. If our close sign is on please DO NOT come to the door until we are open. We have obligations before and after work.
