Appointments for this summer have been filled and at the moment we are currently booking for September. Our spots are limited for the rest of the year however we do have a cancelation list you can be added too.

Happy New Year Everyone! 🎉

I hope you all had a great holiday closing out 2024 and bringing in the new year 2025 😊

This new year brings some new policies I wanted to share with everyone.
Most of you have been great at giving me a heads up about canceling or rescheduling appointments. A reminder to all that I need at LEAST 24hrs notice for canceling or rescheduled appointments. The more notice the better!
Notice that is given in less then 24hrs of their original appointment time will result in a missed/last minute cancelation fee.

☆Starting January 1st 2025 any missed appointments or last minute cancelations will be CHARGED FULL REGULAR GROOMING PRICE☆
Booking and confirming an appointment is an agreement to paying this fee should it apply. Fee must be paid BEFORE your pups next scheduled grooming.

We will also be implementing and enforcing our 3 strike policy. Due to our schedule and wait list being in high demand, Missing or no showing for 3 appointments will result in a the cancelation of further appointments. Please understand we have tried our best to accommodate everyone on their schedules by booking ahead in advance. Commitment of my time in my schedule is asked to be reflected in your commitment of honoring your appointments. Of course I understand family emergencies do happen which is understandable.

Something new this year I will be looking into will be about different payment options. I'll be looking into different options for payment for 2025 and onwards. Until I'm able to fully figure out what that will look like I will be sticking with the normal payment process. I will ask for people to please start getting into the habit of sending payment BEFORE leaving to come pick up your pup. I will be giving clients a 30min heads up for pick up time to give more time for those to send payment before coming to pick up your furry loved one(s).

We look forward to taking on this new year! Can't wait till see you all again soon.

That's a Wrap for 2024!🎉

It really means more then I can express in words.
Your pups all hold a special place in my heart🤍
