Space available for January grooming appointments!

There are two ways to access our customer portal:
1) You can access it by following this link on a desktop or web browser on your mobile phone:
https://krahdoggydaycare.portal.gingrapp.com/ #/public/login

2) You can also download the app: ‘Gingr for Pet Parents’. The invite code for your app is: 341294, this will connect you to the KRAH portal specifically.
When you get an account made you will notice that there is an option for daycare or grooming services. Choose grooming and follow the prompts from there!

Dec 14th - Closing at 4pm for a staff celebration
Dec 24th - Closing at 3pm
Dec 25th-28th - Closed
January 1st - Closed

We are especially grateful for your patience on early closure days, acknowledging that our staff will enjoy a well deserved break with family and friends.

Alrighty folks- it’s that time of year again.. time for our Annual Spooktacular SPCA Donation Drive. This has been INSANELY successful the last 3+ years thanks to you guys, our wonderful clients. 🎃👻

We’ll be accepting donations for our furiends at the SPCA St.John's from now until November 1st. ☠️👺

This year, any of our daycare clients who donate will be entered to win a daycare prize pack! 🎁 🥇

Many of our sweet daycare friends are SPCA alumni and our team loves being able to support them. Feel free to drop off your donations at anytime throughout the next two weeks and we’ll make sure they get to the right place! 🐶🐱

Some specific donations suggestions can be found on their page but commonly needed items are things such as cleaning supplies, cat and dog food, kitty litter, and toys. 🧶 🦴

Line brushing. One of the most effective ways to make sure your long-haired dog is tangle free. This video shows a quick demonstration on a dog with a thick curly coat that has already been bathed and dried. Her coat is already in great shape, so it's easy to see all the way to her skin. The most important step in line brushing is making sure to part the fur so you can see the 'line' of skin. This makes it easy for you to spot any tangles that need more brushing. You always want to start at the bottom, so the feet and then work up the legs, the lowest part of the side and move up to the top of the back, etc. Don't forget to brush every part of their body from noes to toes. Ears and tails usually get more tangles since they move around so much so be sure to get those too. Ps. apologies on the shakey video quality I haven't quite mastered the no handed camera hold lol.
