Are you struggling with your dogs energy and disruptive behaviour on rainy days?

Try teaching your dog a brain game!

These are great for getting dogs to use their brains, achieve mental stimulation and drain excess energy!

Find It

- place your dog in another room
(If your dog has a strong sit-stay, down-stay or place command, cue them to do one of these and wait to be released).

- hide treats around the house (if this is the first time playing make the hiding spots easy)

- allow the dog to smell the treat that you have hidden around the house.

- cue the dog to “find it”

- every time your dog finds a treat praise and recue to “find it”

This game allows the dog to sniff, search and obtain rewards.

It’s a great way to burn off excess energy and satisfy a dogs need for mental stimulation.

Make sure that when the dog has found all the treats you end the game saying “All done”. And then give the dog one last treat to complete the exercise.

Your dog will love this game!

Early morning walks are great especially for dogs that are:
- fearful/shy
- leash/dog/people reactive
- dog aggressive
- pullers

Early morning walks provide a mildly distracting environment which is great for:

- loose leash
- behaviour modification
- calming activities

More people choose early-late evening for their walks especially for reactive dogs and traffic has a higher volume!

If you are working on any of the above - try a morning walk instead! 😊

Little Einsteins: Puppy Manners ($275)
Includes: 6 Training Sessions + Practical Exam

This course will cover the basic skills your dog will need become a well-mannered pup. Everything from Touch and Body handling to Loose Leash and Recall Foundations. Once you have completed your 6 Training Sessions you can complete your exam and receive your Little Einsteins Certificate.

Smart Pup - Intermediate Obedience ($275)
Includes: 6 Training Sessions + Practical Exam

This course will build on your dog's puppy manners. Building Fluency and working towards generalization of learned skills. This course focuses heavily on improving your dog's impulse control.
Skills will include Place with duration, introduction of heel and the "Do Nothing" technique. Once you have completed your 6 sessions you can book your exam to receive your Smart Pup Certificate.

IQ = 160 ($275)
Includes 6 Training Sessions + Practical Exam

This course focuses on strengthening your bond with your canine companion. This is a trick training course that will take 6 sessions to complete and then you can book your exam to receive your IQ=160 Certificate. Each week will focus on a different trick.

Atomic Recall - Come on Command ($275)
Includes: 6 Training Sessions + Practical Exam.

The course focuses solely on building a reliable recall. It will provide you (the handler) with valuable education regarding recall and how to train it properly. This course begins with minimal distractions and then builds up to train in a variety of different environments. Once you have completed the 6 training sessions book your exam to receive your Atomic Recall Certificate.
