Baloo passed his Fenzi TEAM 2 obedience title. I am super proud of my almost 12 year old pup. This was my new years gift as we did the video on New Year’s Day.

Baloo is heeled up from his surgery and is enjoying a bit of tracking. Today's beginner track was neat because you could see that he went from searching randomly to beginning to use the scent to find the next target.

If you train Cooperative Care (CC) with your pet before they need it, it can make their lives so much less stressed when you have to use the skills.

We are offering an 8 week Cooperative Care Class starting Sunday, October 8, 2023 from 7:30 to 8:30 pm. All proceeds from this class will be donated to a friends dog who is in need of TOPL Surgery. There are working and auditing positions. Check it out and feel free to share.

Our next competition obedience class is starting opens for registration on Saturday August 27th, 2022

Classes will be on Saturdays starting September 10 at 11:30-12:30 am.

This 6 Week in person Class in Foundation Behaviours - You will learn games to increase motivation and confidence, while learning skills such as Pivot to Heel, Rear and Front Foot Target, Tucked Sits, Stand, Fold Back Down, Pivot to Heel, Zen Bowl Work. You will also learn work to build your dogs confidence entering the ring. These concepts are all needed to create a confident dog ready for obedience and rally obedience work. Classes dates are September 10, 17, 24, and October 1, 8 15.

Liza had a trip to the vet today. Before the vet came in we had a few minutes alone to help her relax with a treat toss and practice the skills of sitting and laying on the examination table. She was a star when the vet and techs came in for the small procedure that she had done. My dog knew many skills before we came to the vet such as the treat toss game, being picked up and put on a table, laying down on the table and sitting on the table.
