We’ve received devastating news that one of our nail program participants has passed away. His owners were absolutely incredible and loved that boy so much. I’ll miss hearing his grumbles up on the table every second Saturday ❤️
We will now have a free space open to take on someone new but we will not add another until the new year.

Sometimes a nail trim just isn’t enough. Coupled with a file you can smooth off those sharp edges & get that nail back further.
Your dog will thank you for the added comfort it will provide!

3 months of our Neat Nail Program! Nails are no longer curled under each toe. This is so common for certain breeds and can be a task to get them back the correct way.

We are very proud of this program we created which helps dogs with anxiety, aggression, overgrown nails etc. Consistency not only gets that nail back but it also helps correct behaviours that some dogs struggle with when needing their nails tended too.

As per each week please stay in your vehicle with your dog until we confirm it’s safe to come to our door.
We have multiple reactive dogs on the program & we do not want anyone’s pet getting hurt. Anyone who cannot follow this rule will have to drop out of our program.

Please follow our protocol as a refresher for tomorrow. We have new participants starting with reactive dogs so it’s extremely important to stay in your vehicles with your dogs until we give the ok.
These are big dogs and we don’t want any accidents :)

When you arrive for your appointment at Newfound Pet Spa.

•Wait in your vehicle until we come to the door to wave you in. Our door is always kept locked from the inside so we do not have more then one customer inside. We need time to sanitize our counter & door in between each person arriving.

•When you come into the salon, please stay on the carpet by the counter & do not leave that area.

•We require every customer who enters the salon to use our hand sanitizer on our counter. We will not move forward with paperwork or accepting your pet until this is done.

•Mask is a must. If you come to your appointment without a mask, we will have to rebook your appointment for a different time & decline taking your pet.

The same procedures are required when you come back for pick up. We have all this in place to keep our staff safe, your pet & your family. It keeps sanitizing & contact to a minimum. We would like to thank you for following our procedure & we hope to see you again soon. Stay safe 🐾

3. For reactive dogs we ask you bring them in then wait in your car. Encouragement, coming to them & even eye contact can “praise” their unwanted behaviours.

We hope everyone is satisfied so far! Our weekly dogs that are having issues have come a long way in a short amount of time! I’m super proud of them all.

Interest post. Program held one evening during the week.
I have a waitlist for Saturday’s so I’m contemplating opening on evening during the week, possibly on Wednesday’s or Thursday’s. Somewhere between 6:00/6:30-7:00/7:30. Please let us know if this will work for anyone
