You can find all of our ground products offered in bulk 32lb cases, or resealable 4lb packages.

Some customers have large dogs, multiple dogs, or simply like to stock up a few months at a time, so bulk cases stored in a chest freezer is a cost effective way to feed your pets a healthy raw diet.

Some other customers have small pets like cats or teacup pups, or live in a small space with a small freezer - making weekly purchases of our smaller bags easy to do and easy to store.

Did you know we use 6% liver and 4% kidney (both pork) as part of our Dinners and Mixes?

The liver offers vitamins like folate (B9), riboflavin (B2), and B12 which are vital for the growth and functioning of body cells. B12 can help support your dog's mental and nerve health by creating and improving the protective tissue coating the brain's nerves.

Similar to liver, kidney is rich in many different vitamins and minerals, but its main point of difference is that it is an exceptionally excellent source of selenium. Selenium has numerous important purposes - a big one being that it is required for the normal functioning of the thyroid gland, which regulates metabolism and energy production.

We want to wish Annika Kriening & Fetti the best of luck as they represent Canada at the 2024 FEI North American Youth Championships (NAYC) in Traverse City, MI from Jul. 30 – Aug. 4, 2024.

NAYC brings together top dressage athletes aged 12 to 21 years from Canada, the United States, Mexico and the Caribbean for the chance to compete for team and individual medals. The Championship allows youth to compete against their peers in a format similar to the Olympic games and other international senior championships.

Hot weather calls for some frozen meal time🧊

If you have a medium to large breed dog, give them a cool break and some enrichment by feeding their Perfectly Raw straight from the case.

Have a small pup? Thaw their meal at least half way, then feed!

This is a great way to clean their teeth, exercise the jaw, and keep your pet busy.

Puppies and raw food are like kids and spaghetti sauce - they dive right in🥰😍

Looking to start your own puppy on raw? Here's a few tips:

🐕Let them gnaw on a Whole Chicken Neck or Whole Chicken Back. This gets the digestive juices flowing while not actually having to ingest or digest meat. Always monitor your pet while they do this.

🐾Introduce a simple, ground product like the Ground Chicken Backs anytime after they are 10 weeks old. We suggest this product for their first few days as it doesn’t contain any organ content, which can be too rich for a pup to adjust to initially.

🐶After being on the simple Ground Chicken Backs (or a boneless groundmeat option from the grocer) for a few days, begin incorporating a complete and balanced product such as our Purrfect Pro Mix. With a finer grind and smaller bone pieces, digestion and consumption is easier on their little teeth and digestive tract.

Wondering how much you should feed your dog per day? Or per month? Here's a few quick numbers for you! Moving from left to right , check out each row of examples below.

🐾30lb to 40lb dog 》 1lb to 2lbs 》 30lbs to 60lbs

As you can see, there is a wide range of what to feed per day. These numbers are a general guideline, with feed per day based on a low activity dog to a high activity dog.

You know your pet best, so answering the questions of how old are they, how active are they, and what breed are they, will help you narrow down that daily feeding range to a number that works for them.

Every dog is different and requires specific needs and portions. These examples are just a guideline to help get you started!

Samples of our new brick styles are coming out nicely❤️

We posted a quick teaser a few weeks ago about testing some new shapes and forms for our Perfectly Raw bricks, and we wanted to share a little update!

We have rigorously been testing 4 different plastic/silicone molds over the last few months and have narrowed our selection down to 2 different molds.

These molds need to withstand repeated freezing, the weight of the product itself, knocking the frozen product out of the molds, and intensive cleaning regimens, so the type of molding we choose has to be perfect. And it has to prove that it can hold up!

We are excited about how things are coming along, because these new molds will make our production line even more efficient in numerous ways. Stay tuned!

One of the greatest benefits of a raw diet for cats is optimal kidney health. The kidneys, when healthy, work wonders metabolizing protein and processing waste. The kidneys are able to do their job efficiently when supplied with a fresh, species appropriate, raw diet.

Obesity is another concern for felines. And while it's still possible for your cat to be obese on a raw diet, it's much less likely than with heat processed, high carbohydrate foods.

What do you do with the "juice"? Let your pet lap it up, of course! This "blood juice" is called myoglobin, and I've added a little extra here to this dish for my pup's breakfast. Myoglobin is an oxygen rich, iron carrying protein which is found in muscle meats. The redder the meat, the higher concentration of myoglobin. It's responsible for storing oxygen so that working muscles can contract and work effectively. It's also rich in taurine and B vitamins. Naturally, myoglobin doesn't just come out of raw pet food, it's in our frozen steaks and pork that we humans like to eat, too! Quick tip: use a freezer tray to freeze little cubes of this good stuff, so you can pop a few in to your pets food whenever you like!

Thawing out some breakfast 🐽🐽🐽 One method you can use to feed your pet's meals, is to thaw out their dish overnight. Place your Perfectly Raw in a covered container, and let thaw overnight (or all day) in the fridge. Depending on the fridge, and your pet's preference, you may need to thaw for a night and a day!
