Some ponies simply know their job and Rosalind is one of them. A proven large pony jumper, Roz offers the kind of reliability that lets junior riders walk into the ring with confidence. She has successfully competed up to 0.9m, delivering consistent, straightforward rounds that make showing enjoyable and predictable.

Roz is low maintenance both at home and on the road; no prep, no vices, and easy to manage in every way. She lives in or out, goes barefoot, and stands quietly for the vet and farrier.

Sometimes the best activities aren’t the ones that take over your entire week. They’re the ones that fit in easily, and still make a real impact.

For many kids, one focused hour around horses is enough to spark confidence, curiosity, and pride. Enough time to learn something new, feel successful, and walk away without being overtired or overwhelmed. And for parents, it’s manageable. It doesn’t require rearranging your whole schedule.

Our Rookie Rider program is built around that balance. A thoughtful introduction to horseback riding that gives kids the space to learn, feel safe, and build confidence at their own pace; all within a simple, 4 week February session.

With a kind temperament and lovely natural movement, Mercedes is the type of young horse that makes development enjoyable. This 2023 registered American Warmblood mare is well handled, crossties, picks up her feet, and is confidently working through arena groundwork and beginning under saddle this winter.

Expected to finish around 15.3h, she shows the same athleticism and rideability found in her full siblings who are already impressive under saddle.

We’re excited to officially launch our Rookie Riders Program, a brand new introductory riding program designed specifically for young riders ages 5–8. This program has been thoughtfully created to give kids the right start with horses; focusing on confidence, safety, and strong FUNdamentals in a calm, encouraging environment.

Rookie Riders is perfect for children who are new to horses, have limited experience, or need a confidence building step before moving into regular lessons. With small group sizes and age appropriate instruction, each rider is supported and encouraged to progress at their own pace no pressure, just positive experiences and learning.

We currently have part-board opportunities available on a few of our barn favourites! These are great options for amateur and junior riders looking for consistency, confidence, and a true barn experience.

🤍 Signature’s Gentle Lady “Annie”
2017 large pony mare and a trusted lesson and camp favourite. Annie teaches riders of all levels and made her show debut in 2022, qualifying for Silver Series playoffs. A steady, kind partner for beginner amateurs and juniors.

🤍 Signature’s Hasta La Vista “Vista”
Hanoverian mare used in intermediate to advanced amateur lessons. Vista competes in the jumper ring at Silver level shows and is ideal for riders looking to gain experience and confidence in a program setting.

🤍 Signature’s Silver Lining “Pepper”
2007 registered AQHA large pony mare who has been part of Candice’s program since she was a foal. A proven beginner-friendly pony for amateur riders, with show experience through the large pony divisions at Trillium and Silver Series.

This 2024 palomino pinto gelding has the kind of presence you can’t teach, paired with a kind, curious personality that makes him a joy to have around the barn. Good horsemanship is a long game. It’s built on patience, consistency, and knowing when not to push. The best horses aren’t produced quickly, they’re produced thoughtfully.

Winter gives us the chance to step back and focus on longevity instead of timelines. When we prioritize soundness, confidence, and understanding, horses stay happier in their work and riders progress with fewer setbacks.

Loaded up and off to her next chapter in Wellington, Florida!🐝 Signature’s Honey Bee is officially headed home to her new family. Watching this special mare step onto the trailer is bitter sweet. She’s been a joy to develop and is deserving of what’s ahead.
