If anyone is looking for a new slip lead, check them out below!

All leashes are hand assembled and 6ft long. Custom colors combinations are available but this is what is currently in stock!

Leashes are 25$ each.

slip leads are a great training tool but also work great if you don’t have your dogs in a collar! These just slip around the neck and then you take it off when you’re done. They are adjustable to any size of dog as well!

Good morning!

A few changes coming up this fall. I will be taking on a lot less dogs so that means no privates, no board and trains and no boarding. I will only be doing group training classes a couple times a year 🙂

The good news is there are more trainer options in and around the stettler 😊

I am always available by text or email and I am happy to make recommendations but no longer officially accepting training clients.

That being said, if you’d like to get into a basic obedience class for the fall; message me to get on the waitlist!

SPRING TRAINING CLASSES UPDATE
ALL spring classes are canceled! I’ve already reached out to everyone affected and if you’d like to join the wait list for the fall, let me know 🙂

With no group classes happening, I will open up a couple additional spots for private lessons.

As always, if you have questions please reach out! Although I’m not offering spring classes, I’m happy to point you in the direction of a few other trainers that are 🙂

A reminder that if you’re coming for drop in obedience it’s 15$ a person and it’s 630-730!
There might be 2 of us or maybe 5🤪 i just wanted to give a space for people to work their dogs indoors!

Welcome to 2024✨✨

Two options for you this winter!
1- basic obedience. This class is for dogs who are green, who need a refresher or for dogs who might know their basic obedience but need work working around other distractions!
2- drop in obedience! This is for those dogs who need some more mental stimulation, who need to work in a space with distractions, for owners who just want a space to train indoors! I will be there to support, create distractions, create activities for specific individuals etc!
It’s a drop in session where you do your own thing, ask questions, working with distractions… etc.
Since it’s more unstructured, this is not a suitable class for dogs who struggle to get along with others dogs/humans.

Cruz and Zuma went on an adventure to Jasper! They will be a year old at the start of October.

Bringing dogs on a weekend getaway isn’t always the most convenient but it is soo good for the dogs and their exposure to the world.
⭐️it means finding dog friendly accommodations
⭐️paying extra to have the dog in the room
⭐️getting up early for a walk and staying up late for a walk
⭐️planning only dog friendly activities
⭐️eating on patios even when the weather isn’t ideal
⭐️having a vehicle big enough to transport them
⭐️potentially dealing with upset stomachs / diahrea in your room (not speaking from personal experience…🫣)

All that being said, I’ve never once regretting bringing them! It’s worth it every single time! You can watch them grow into more confident pack members after just a few days!

If you have the opportunity, take your dog!!

There will be a basic obedience class and an advanced obedience/trick class.

Some of the tricks are actually basic obedience commands! You can build on your basic obedience plus teach them so new tricks!

FAQ — Do I board dogs?!

Yes, but I book up really fast because the dogs join my household so I only have space for 1 set of dogs at a time!

While your dogs are with me they are integrated into whatever we are doing!
If I’m going to the farm, I bring them along!
Going for a hike, they join!
Going for a walk / dog park, they come with!

Your dogs have to be good with other dogs and they have to have some basic obedience / house manners!

So if you’re heading away for a night or a few, let me know and I may be able to accommodate! 🐾

⭐️ SPRING TRAINING CLASSES ⭐️

Trick Dog Training — I recently completed my dogs Novice Trick Dog titles and I thought it was the neatest thing, so I wanted to share that with everyone!
There is an option for you to get the title for you and your dog at the end of class as well! we can chat about that if you’re interested!
This class is for all dogs of all ages! It will be a fast paced hour with lots of learning! Fun for the older dogs to get out and learn some new tricks and fun for the younger dogs who are just starting out 🙂

Basic obedience — This class is for dogs of all ages who have little for no obedience! We will work on team work, relationships, basic obedience commands, working around distractions etc..

My reasoning is simple. I wanted a dog to share in the activities I enjoyed and I wanted a companion that I could bring everywhere!
