This therapeutic horseback riding program aims to provide children with disabilities the best possible therapeutic riding program available. Each individual is supported through a variety of physical, mental, emotional and social developmental activities. The children benefit immensely and come away from the lessons with increased confidence.. This program is currently running, implementing COVID-19 safety standards and protocols and has room in their program if your family is interested. Quintra is looking for a reliable individual to work Saturday and Sunday mornings from 8am to 12pm.
Duties would include feeding, blanketing, turning out horses, mucking out stalls, cleaning and filling water pails, and tidying up. We are looking for someone with horse experience, who has reliable transportation to our facility outside Stirling Ontario, who is able to work independently and who is at least 16 years of age .

In an abundance of caution for our riders and volunteers and in setting the example for social distancing in managing COVID-19, the decision has been made to cancel our last few weeks of lessons for this session.

Wow, this is so exciting! We thank everyone who stops by Cricklewood Farm this season!

Yay! We’re on our way to reaching our goal of $1500 for the Quinte Therapeutic Riding Association! A portion of our maze sales will be donated, along with any contributions made by customers. So far, we’re ¼ of the way there! Be sure to visit our maze and help us support this wonderful cause!
