Update — the girls have all found their forever homes🙂

We have three CKC Registered show prospect girls still available out of Roxy and Zippy (both Bronze Level CKC Champions), Both Roxy and Zippy are very confident and love the show ring and strutting their stuff and these little girls are already showing they are very confident as well. They already have super outgoing friendly personalities and love their cuddle time too. All three are genetically NN for PRA, OI, and DM.

Lala should be a Cream Dapple, one blue eye
Kristie should be a light Red Dapple
Sneakers should be a Red Sable Color

We had a great day yesterday at the Lloyd show. Our up and coming little man Loki collected 2 Best of Winners and 2 Best Puppy in Breed collecting 6 points and finishing off his CKC Championship 🎉🎉. He really seems to love this dog show stuff, just like his mother Roxy, Father Zippy, and Grandma Coco, looking forward to finishing his Grand Chamionship now.

Just a reminder to stay patient when submitting an application to ADR.

We receive dozens of applications each week, and recently have been receiving even more! It is impossible for us to respond individually to each application. However, if you are a good fit for one of our dogs, we will reach out.

Each dog that comes to us has a unique personality and specific needs, and our adoption applicants are screened for suitability and compatibility as well as criteria related to care and commitment.

All ADR volunteers are just that. It takes a lot of time to organize and do what we do for the dogs. We all have full time jobs, families and obligations as well, and sometimes time can't be right for all of us. We are trying our best to get all these things done as best we can.

We take the time to carefully read each and every application. If we find your application aligns well with the needs of one of our available dogs, we will contact you to further the adoption process. If you don't hear from us, don't despair! There could be another dog in the near future that might be just for you...

We are experiencing a lot of dogs needing a new home. With the rise in intake of late we are in need of more foster homes quickly.

We have three dogs coming in waiting for a foster home.

As a foster home you get to play with a buddy, teach them about a new life and watch them blossom. They'll need to go to the vet and have a ride there and back and you'll need to communicate how they're doing. ADR provides everything needed for them. You even get to help us place them in the right home.....and if that home is yours....you get to keep them.

It's been an incredibly busy week for us all. It seems to come in spurts sometimes and right now is definitely one of those spurts.

This is Bo, one of three new dogs that have come in or coming in this week. This cool looking dude will be a hot topic shortly and we can't wait to share more with you about him.

Will be catching up on some more posts this weekend and getting you all filled in on our activities.

We are also looking for some more foster homes to take care of our friends. ADR supplies everything required and all expenses for them. If you're wanting to be involved in helping a hound in need, have a little canine experience and want to help facilitate a fun and rewarding experience let us know. Applications can be found on our website. Feel free to reach out if you need more information. Don't forget foster homes also get first dibs on the dogs and have a huge say on where they go to if you can let them go.

Penny, Stella, Riley, Zoey, Harley, and Winnie have all found their wonderful new forever homes,

These are pups from Fraser and Chloe’s recent litter, they are definately little bundles of energy, either chasing you around to play or flopping on their backs for belly rubs. Chloe had 6 pups this time, her biggest litter ever and also her last litter. She had 5 girls (4 Black & Cream and 1 Silver Dapple) and 1 Cream boy.
