*NEW ONLINE BOOKING! 🐇

The new automated online booking system is now up and running! 😃 This automated process will hopefully make booking your boarding dates much simpler! Please read on for details!

All boarding scheduling will now be done completely online. There is a 4 step process you will go through when you are booking your bunnies in for a stay 🐰.

Step 1 - Visit our website at www.littlehoppersnfloppers.ca, proceed to the “contact” form provided, and fill it out.
Select the boarding option from the drop down menu under “what type of services you are looking for?” question. Once you submit the contact form, it will trigger an automatic reply, and the boarding application form will be sent directly to your email inbox.

Step 2 - Fill out the application form and submit it. I will review your application (during office hours) once it is recieved. If I have any further questions about your application or your bunnies, I will then contact you. Once I have reviewed and accepted your application, this will trigger an automated email, and you will be sent the additional agreements and forms that we will need you to complete and submit.

Step 3 - After you have completed and submitted the additional forms, and I have reviewed them, I will then send you an invoice for the deposit amount. We kindly request that you ensure you pay your deposit within 24 hrs of receiving it. Please note that your boarding request will not be complete and/or confirmed until your deposit has been received.

Step 4 - Upon paying your deposit, you will be sent an automated email asking you to select your pick up and drop off times, based on the times that are available in my schedule at that time. We request that you please respond to this request and schedule your times as soon as possible. Don’t worry, times can always be adjusted later if needed. You will also receive an automated reminder 24 hrs before your scheduled pick up and drop off appointments.

Voila! You’re all set! 😃

As this is a new process, I do anticipate there will be some adjustments and tweeks that we will need to make along the way. If you have any questions, or if you are having any problems with the automated system, please let me know so we can fix any problem areas.

This online process is also very new to me, and I am still learning how to navigate through it and use it myself. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding while I also learn how it all works! 😊.

❤️ Introducing Marty and Flower! ❤️

These two cuties are used to living side by side at home, with only grid walls between them, so we’ve set them up the same way during thier stay! This way they can still see, smell and be close to one another, which allows them both to feel more comfortable in the new environment! 🥰

If you have a couple of unbonded buns who would benefit from this type of arrangement, please let us know and we will do our best to accomodate! ❤️🐇
