Last nights quadrille practice was awesome. I’m not sure who has the most fun me, my riders or my horses. I’m planning another Friday evening quadrille school on January 3 and a daytime quadrille on Friday December 27th at 11 or noon. We had a fantastic day last Saturday at our ‘Introduction to Driving’ clinic. We had a wonderful group of driving enthusiasts that made the afternoon SO much fun! We would all like to extend our sincere thanks to 9 year old Clydesdale Coleman with his partner Lianne Megarry, 13 year old Halflinger cross Gem with her partner Cecil Pring and 12 year old Canadian Zaida with her partner Sandy Churchill. They were patient and generous teachers. What a great learning experience and opportunity. This very special Canadian is Canadream Navajo Zaida, owned and driven by Sandy Churchill. Sandy and Zaida were part of a wonderful trio of driving partners that came to Churchill Chimes/Donalf Farms on Sunday to teach a group of riders about harness driving. We have the privilege to do a short term lease to see if he loves life here at Churchill Chimes, finds his ‘tribe’ and chooses us as his home.
