This fella is a powerhouse, and easy on the eyes! Built solid muscle, put together beautifully, and has already been showing that good disposition. He will be such a nice easy c**t to work with and run, with both MBAR OTOE and HES A ZIPPY JACK on his papers. Exceptional versatility, with lots of ability and that easy going attitude will go a long way getting ready for the futurities. This c**t is a little bit younger, and with any of the c**ts from our program can stay on the mare as long as necessary after the sale.

Four generations of Canada’s McIntyre family have raised high-quality ranch horses through River Hills Ranch Ltd., and their current stallions, Smokin N Rockin, MBar Otoe and Hes A Zippy Jack, are helping their program explode into the performance horse market.

Smokin N Rockin, a 2014 son of Dual R Smokin out of the Bob Acre Doc mare Bobs Rocky Lady, was a finalist at the 2018 and 2019 AQHA World Shows in the Level 3 Junior Heading and Junior Heeling and was also the 2019 Houston Livestock Show Champion in the Junior Heading and Heeling. He has 167 AQHA points, was the 2020 Working Cow Horse Champion at Dixie Nationals and the 2021 Reserve Champion in Performance at the Tulsa Holiday Circuit.

“He’s a really fast, really athletic horse,” said two-time World Champion Paul Eaves. “He’s built to do the job, and he can really stop. He’s got the kind of bone and size you’d want in a stud.”

“Smokin N Rockin is fast-footed and always getting on his hind end,” added Joseph B Harrison , a five-time NFR heeler and AQHA World Champion. “He’s got all the good traits that go along with what a rope horse needs.”
