I was born and raised in Calgary, and knew from the time I could walk I would be working with animals. I started working in pet stores and kennels all throughout high school to further my knowledge of the vast animal industry. After graduation, I worked as a bather in a g
rooming salon and I fell in LOVE. I attended the Alberta School of Dog Grooming in early 2012 and loved every second of it. I accepted a job right after graduation in Strathmore at a local doggy daycare. I decided after a year I wanted to branch out on my own and now I have a small one-woman shop out of the comfort of my own home. I love my job, and It shows in my work, and your pets. I keep myself on my toes by attending seminars on breed standard cuts to seminars dedicated to color. I keep updated on the latest grooming trends (Bling, Asian fusion, tattooing etc.) with weekly online video tutorials. I love a challange and will be continuing to grow in the grooming industry. In the future, I plan on entering show grooming competitions and competing in SuperZoo in Vegas, A creative grooming competition that attracts over 10,000 groomers from all over the world.
