Our amazing future RVT, Elia, needed a model for her exam practical… and who better to step up than Alfie the Irish Wolfhound 🐶💚 He happily volunteered in exchange for treats and extra snuggles (a fair trade if you ask us!).

We’re as proud of Elia as we are all of our graduated and Registered Vet Techs. Supporting Elia's hands-on learning is a huge part of helping her grow into the incredible RVT she will becoming.

Meet George (70479927) — Labrador/Kelpie mix, 7 years young, 66 lbs of love, and the undisputed king of cling. 👑💕

George’s vibe? Think “Velcro with fur.” If you move from the couch to the fridge, he’s already there waiting for snacks. If you so much as breathe in the other room, George will politely sing you the song of his people until you come back. 🎶🐶

He’s got the basics down (sit, shake paw) and is highly skilled at “puppy dog eyes” — especially when treats are involved. 🍪
What George wants most? A cozy retirement home where he can go on chill strolls, nap in sunny spots, and live out his golden years being spoiled rotten. 🛋️💛

When it comes to your pet’s health, diagnostics are key! 🧪 Whether it’s lab work, X-rays, or other testing, these tools help our team uncover what’s going on inside—often before problems become serious. Early detection means better treatment and better outcomes for your furry family members. ❤️

At White Rock Veterinary Hospital, we’re more than just a clinic — we’re a fur-family practice. Just like a family doctor for people, we’re here to care for your beloved pets through every stage of life — from their first wobbly steps to their wise and gentle golden years. 💕

Our days are thoughtfully planned with scheduled appointments, giving each pet the time, calm, and compassionate care they deserve.

🩺 While we’re always here for your pet’s ongoing health and happiness, we are not an emergency hospital or walk-in clinic. If your pet needs urgent care, please head straight to your nearest veterinary ER. Emergency hospitals are specially designed to respond quickly and treat patients in order of medical need — a process called triage.

Thank you for trusting us with your pet’s journey. It’s a privilege to be part of your fur-family. 🐶🐾🐱
