‼️PSA: We are back! After tearing my achilles and requiring surgery in October, I am back in the greenhouse bringing fresh Microgreens to you! Weekly deliveries have resumed so you can grab our sunflower and pea shoots as well as our mixes. Great for topping off a quick morning scramble as I’ve done ! 🍳

🌱Trying something new ! Introducing Chicory! These nutrient dense greens contain higher concentrations of vitamins and antioxidants than their mature counterparts. Rich in vitamin A,B5,B9,C,K and essential minerals copper and manganese, and the list goes on. What do you think ? Should we add this to our Super Mix? 🤔 🥗
