March is here! And it is Poison Prevention month

The season is changing, which means we need to be a little more cautious on what our pets find outside.

Puppies and kittens are more likely to pick up and chew things that can get them sick.
-Training at an early age can help with preventing our pets not to pick up things off the ground.
-Insurance at an early age for our pets also helps set them up for life. Finding a good pet insurance can help with the costs of those unexpected accidents our pets tend to get into.

Help us help Koda,….. next steps in finding out what is wrong with Koda is a CT scan. This is scheduled for this coming Monday at the Fraser Valley Emergency Clinic. The cost estimate is $1000.00. We are crossing all our paws this will show us why her liver is not working properly and if there is a fix. Her current work up has cost $475.00.

If you can help us out we’d love to have you join TEAM KODA! All donations are eligible for a tax receipt.

Summer Heat is HERE!

And it is hotter than ever! Some easy cool tips for all animals big and small. Infused ice cubes with fruits and veggies for small animals even cats and dogs is a great way to cool down your pet and they get a nice sweet treat.

Also for dogs and cats preparing a feeding bowl with their breakfast or dinner mixing it with water, broth or even wet food. Place into the freezer, and serve as a cooling long lasting meal for them to enjoy.
