🐈‍⬛️Meet the Kitties🐈‍⬛️

Bootsie Tootsie, Speckles and Lil Bob

These three seniors have been coming to us for 2 years and we can't get enough of them. From their stays I also 100 pictures and videos that I had to narrow down for this post!

Boots, our tuxedo friend, is treat motivated, loves head pets and can get enough of sleeping on his sister

Speckles, the white and grey big lady, loves it when we rub her belly, smooch her face and use her as a pillow (Boots thinks it's a good idea most of the time too!)

Bob is our super explorer, though he is an old man he can make any jump! He loved to rub his face all over our faces and is always looking for extra snacks.

These three all love attention, brushes and to hangout with the staff.

And the feeling is very mutual!!

This is Missy Luna with her pretty mama Timea 💗
These pictures warm my heart!! Luna is queen of spicy town with us, and while she always warms and lets us sit with her, getting to see her comfy with her humans is such a joy. Client spotlights melt my heart every time!!

Here's what mom has to say about Luna:

We brought Luna home when she was around 9 weeks old. Being the runt of the litter, she was very small, afraid, and had mites in both her ears, which kept them facing down. We slowly cleaned her up, gave her a safe space, and after about 1 year, she finally won her trust. Luna is small but mighty. She loves to lounge, soak up the rays in the warm weather, and go for small walks on her leash. She is never far from her “Mamie”- following her around every moment to ensure there is some form of physical contact any chance she gets. Luna was also blessed with the gift of the gab; she is constantly chattering; if only we knew the stories she was narrating. Luna has grown to be a silly, spunky, and very affectionate cat. At the ripe age of 14, she still loves to play and is as “spicy” as ever. That nickname is lovingly given to her by the staff at Cat Utopia . We appreciate their tenacity in vying for Luna’s affection while she is there, especially as she is very timid in new environments. She can be a wee bit cranky, and despite her age, Luna can still tear a room apart in protest. We love our spunky little girl, Luna has brought lots of laughs, cuddles, and comfort to our home. We know she is in good care with the staff at Cat Utopia

Cats whiskers are as sensitive as human figure tips 🖐 this is why most cats love their face to be pet 😻

They also have the ability to help with their vision and guidance. If their whiskers don't fit through a hole, neither will their body, and they might get stuck. 🕳

Their whiskers will grow if they get wider, but unfortunately, don't come back when they are pulled out at the root 🥺

He is one of our spring residences🧡

Theo is super adventurous and food motivated! He’s always excited about cuddles and his brushies. This is his first stay with and he has been doing amazing.

Theo is our cheerleader, super goofy,photogenic and eager office worker. 😻

Larry and Zoey aka Larry Pants and ZoZo

Larry has always been a sweet bean ❤️ He loves to hangout in the hallways and snuggle the staff. He is a kibble-aholic who eats with the most enthusiasm. We love his super green eyes 👀

Zoey was a harder win for us. Over the last couple years (as she's gotten older) she has really warmed up to the staff and the facility. If you can believe it, these pictures are from across 2 years - the lady never ages.

These two have been long-time visitors, and we just love their dad and family! We are blessed to have such great clients

✨️Client Spotlight✨️

Let me introduce you to Shuggie Otis and Nina Simone. Yes I use their full names when I need their attention. Otherwise affectionately known as “Shugs” and “Ninapopina “.

They are 13 yr old brother and sister Ragdoll/Bengal mixes. They have the lovely combination of being curious, playful and affectionate.

Shuggie the male, is more dog than cat. He’s the meeter and greeter, loves to supervise and has mastered plopping down and exposing his rather plump belly for a rub. (But we don’t call him fat!). He just can’t get enough loooooove.

Nina is the cat. She believes herself to be the prettier of the two. She has regular zoomie episodes and loves to play fetch. She follows her brother around and can annoy him with frequent meowing. She growls when she hears strange noises. We call her our princess and an effective security system.

They are never far from each other and for that reason we are so pleased to have found Cat Utopia. When we board them we know they will get attention, care and love. We realize they are in a loving home away from home.
