Good morning!
I am taking a tally of which days everyone likes to book for the upcoming year to see if I can better accommodate my amazing clients. Then I can see which days would be better to close for some relaxing time. Which is your preferred day between Monday - Sunday? Should I open Mondays and Sundays and close on different days? Or keep it the same! Your input is valued and important!

It is unfortunate that I have to make this post so close to Christmas.
I understand this is a very busy time of year, but it is also a very busy time of year for me. I have had to work longer hours (which I have no objection too) and turn dogs away when there just wasn't any appointments available. And I am still having an alarming amount of clients not show up for appointments. This is my business, I love what I do and I love and appreciate that you all trust me with your dogs, but this is getting to the point of frustration. I send out appointments well in advance, if you require a reminder, please ask and I will always do my best to send that the day before. Please remember, I am running this small business on my own.
Starting now There will be a fee of 50% of the groom which will need to be paid before the next appointment if you no show for a booking. If the fee is not paid, unfortunately your appointments will be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding.
