Adopter Needed 🤍

Meet Ember! Ember (previously Bambi) is a 51lb (23.1kg) Lab-Shepherd mix, born on January 9th, 2024. She is up-to-date on her vaccinations, will be getting spayed on Friday and is microchipped, deflead, and dewormed. She is the mom of the already adopted litter of Benji, Brinx, Bentley and Blaze.

Her adoption comes with a one-week trial period and a complimentary phone session with our experienced trainer to address any questions or concerns

Here is what Ember’s foster family had to share about her:
Ember is the sweetest, cuddliest and friendliest girl. She’s amazing with other dogs of all sizes and loves to visit her friends at the dog park. She can play for hours chasing and wrestling the other dogs there. She

has great recall and is very food motivated, so training has been easy. Overall, she’s great on the leash but will still pull a bit when excited, she is making great progress with training.

Ember is the biggest cuddle bug and will try to get right up next to you and give you lots of kisses. She sleeps in her bed in the living room at night and is crated during the day when she is left alone. She enjoys lots of chew toys and will spend the day entertaining herself with them. Ember is fully house trained and has shown no signs of food aggression.

She has been such an easy foster and a great companion. Whether your day is spent going for long walks, or cozying up on the couch, Ember would love to be right there next to you.

Join us this Sunday, from 1 pm to 3 pm, . Cuddle with our adorable puppies and enjoy a refreshing beer. The perfect weekend activity! 🐶❤️

Bring your friends and family—let’s find these pups their forever homes!

If you are looking to adopt, please ensure that you have submitted your application and home check prior to attending an event! We keep approved applications on file, so your application will continue to be valid even if you don’t choose to adopt at a particular event.

If you’re thinking of adopting, these events are great because you get to meet a whole bunch of different pups at once and get to get a good sense of their personalities. Most of the fosters attend the events and are available to answer any questions about the pups in attendance. Any puppies attending this weekend will be available to go home with a previously approved family (application and home check submitted prior to the event).

Not looking to adopt? No problem, come on by and have a beer and cuddle some puppies. We will be having puppy cuddles by donation to help with our forever growing vet bills.

As a reminder, all dogs posted on our page are available for meet n greet with approved adopters! We will post dogs attending the events once attendance is confirmed.

Meet Penny! Penny is a Labrador/Pitbull mix, born on November 15th, 2024 and currently weighs 5.9kg. She is up-to-date on her vaccines and has been deflead, dewormed, and microchipped.Penny is part of a winter-themed litter which includes: Jan (adopted), Holly (adopted), Snowie (adopted), and Pearl (adopted).

When she was originally rescued in Manitoba, she was suffering from parvovirus. Thanks to life-saving treatment, she is now fully recovered and is not contagious to other animals.

Here is what Penny’s foster family has to share:

Penny is a sweet, smart, and loving puppy who absolutely adores her humans and will quickly become your loyal best friend! This clever girl is already showing great promise in training thanks to her food motivation - she’s mastered “sit” and “come” commands, and is eagerly learning more.

Living with both dogs and cats in her foster home has helped Penny develop excellent social skills. She shows impressive respect for her foster dog sister’s boundaries and knows when to give space. While still learning that her foster cat sister isn’t interested in playtime, she’s making great progress and responds well when called away.

This little love is still working on potty training and leash manners, though her main challenge is simply her dislike of cold weather! With patience and warmer days ahead, she’ll surely excel at both.

Lovable Merritt is a social butterfly and energetic pup who forms the sweetest bonds with her people and absolutely lives for tug of war sessions with her canine buddies! This smart cookie is food-motivated and eager to please, already showing amazing progress with her training and potty habits. She'd thrive best with dog-savvy children over 12 due to her playful mouthiness.

Merritt is dreaming of an active family who can help her work through some leash reactivity and give her the loving forever home she so deserves - no cats or small pets in her future palace please! 🐕‍🦺

🐾 DOGS IN ATTENDANCE🐾

Join us tomorrow (Jan 25th) from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm in Delta for a fun-filled event! We’re thrilled to welcome , who will be offering their delicious dog treats. Partial proceeds from the sales will be generously donated to the rescue.

Don’t miss out—see the poster for details on the adorable dogs attending. We can’t wait to see you there!

Please note events are open adoption policy and the first approved adopters to speak to a volunteer will be given priority. So, if you’re pre-approved and are interested in a specific dog in attendance, please come early and see a volunteer as soon as you arrive. Pre-approved adopters specifically interested in one dog are also highly encouraged to arrange a private meet and greet in advance of the event to avoid potential disappointment.

Meet Willow! Willow was born October 1, 2024, and is a German Shepherd/Lab mix currently weighing 18.8lbs. She is up to date on her puppy vaccinations and has been deflead, dewormed, and microchipped.

Here is what Willow’s foster family had to share about her:
Multiple people have described Willow with the exact same word: “angel”. Willow certainly is a little angel and such a sweetheart. She loves every dog, cat, and person she meets. In fact, if a dog barks at her she may require a cuddle and to be carried for a bit because her feelings get hurt.

She absolutely loves to play, gets the zoomies, and is still trying to work out that “love bites” aren’t an acceptable way of showing love to her human friends. She is, of course, a puppy and has her naughty moments as well as a “witching hour” where she needs to get the last bit of energy out before she crashes hard for the evening.

Willow is very eager to please and VERY food motivated, making training an easy task. She’s gotten to a place of hardly having any accidents indoors as long as she’s taken out frequently, and she knows how to sit, lay down, and stay (for a few seconds anyways!)

She absolutely LOVES her humans and will want to sleep in bed with you and be your little shadow. She shows some curiosity towards a crate but barks like crazy when the door gets closed- she does NOT like to be left out of the party and gets FOMO. She has been left for up to an hour and did fine, but is not tested with any longer than that

She prefers to sit back and watch for a moment in new situations and stay close to her person, but once she knows everything’s safe, her goofy side really comes out. She loves to be picked up and hugged, and I suspect she will always think of herself as a lap dog, no matter how big she gets.

Meet Violet! Violet is a lab mix who was born October 23, 2024 and weighs around 22lbs. She’s up to date on her vaccines and has been dewormed, microchipped, and deflead.

Here’s what her foster has to say about her:
Violet is such a sweetheart! She is super cuddly and affectionate and very calm natured. She likes to stay close by her humans.

She knows the cues: sit, shake and lay down. She’s a super smart girl and will pick up training quickly! She is comfortable in a kennel when we’re out, but likes to sleep close by to us at night. She is good around cats (can be a bit rough when playing but she is easy to redirect), and she’s great with kids.

Violet is awesome on a leash and super easy to walk! She is working on potty training but with consistency should pick if up fast.

To be honest, we’re in love with her and don’t want to see her go 🥺 she’s a great dog! 🤍

Meet Blossom! Blossom is a Shepherd mix, born on October 4th, 2024, and currently weighs 24.5lbs (11.1kg). Her puppy vaccinations are up to date and she has been deflead, dewormed, and microchipped.

Here is what Blossom’s foster family had to share about her:
This adorable, goofy pup is a social butterfly who loves making friends with dogs of all sizes and thrives at doggy daycare. She’s a dream on a leash with no pulling, making walks enjoyable for everyone. Blossom is crate-trained, settling in quickly with just a little protest at first, and she’s a fantastic travel buddy in the car.

Blossom loves being with her people and is always up for a good cuddle session on the couch after a day of adventures. She greets everyone she meets with a full-body wiggle and has the cutest prance, often resembling a little horse when she’s carrying her favorite toys.

Her big paws haven’t quite caught up with her body, making her hilariously clumsy and a joy to watch. Potty training is going smoothly with regular reminders, and her love for food makes her a quick learner during training sessions.

Blossom would make a wonderful addition to any family and is ready to bring love, laughs, and snuggles to her forever home. Could she be the perfect fit for you?
