About the Role
As the manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and directing our admin services. You will be responsible for guiding a talented team engaged in various functions, including inventory, finance, pay roll, human resources, and more. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for leadership and a knack for organization.
Key Responsibilities
路 Hire, train, and arrange for the training of staff to ensure a skilled and knowledgeable team.
路 Conduct interviews and provide training for new hires to foster a productive work environment.
路 Plan, administer, and control budgeting for the clinic, ensure inventory is ordered, organized and receiving is completed.
路 Ensure pay roll is competed and entered in a timely manner.
路 Handle all company representatives, for medicine, pet food, etc
路 Handle associate and customer concerns in a fair and professional manner.
路 Lead the office by demonstrating the highest standards of safety and customer service
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
This role is set in a fast-paced environment where you will be expected to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Attention to detail is paramount, as is the ability to manage a large workload effectively.
