Fishing with the Munsties!
Great couple days fishing with our Grandson Kade &Garth , Anja and Elsa ( Elsa did so fantastic !!) She is a boat girl just like her momma!
Pat, Blake & Anni camped at our place and fished in their boat. ♥️We sure missed Belle ♥️🐾😪 she was such a good boat girl and she loved giving the caught fish a big lick♥️!
Tonight had a big fish fry supper was so good! Next purchase a life vest for
Elsa!!

She came with Anja and I to The North Point Alberta Navhda Test by Tomahawk this past weekend to help cheer on Ben and Dale.
The three of us slept in the back of the jeep for the one Friday night.
Elsa handled it all so great and was such a good girl with all that was going on. 🐾⭐️ Thanks to her pupsitter Natalie Mischke for entertaining her she really liked you!
She is just like her momma was such an easy pup ♥️🐾

We are so sad and are hearts are broken here at Riava , our dear friends Pat & Blake lost their Belle from our B Litter to advanced aggressive Liver Cancer. She was diagnosed two weeks ago and their vet said she maybe had a month or two but she only had two weeks.
My heart goes out to them and for Anni from our A litter who is 10.
Belle was only 7 .4 yrs old.
Its a very hard loss, i know what their going through and feel for them😭💔.
I hope Belle is reunited with her momma Diava and her sister River from our A litter💔💔💔🐾🐾🐾.
When she was born we nic bamed her Rico girl as she was the mini me of her dad Rico. We will miss you sweet Belle♥️💔🐾.

We are pupsitting Vanny til Tuesday
Elsa and him played pretty hard all evening last night when he arrived
And he seems more settled in today.
Tonight should be better! Their playing has calmed down alot since last night too.

Today 3 years ago our dears friends in Holland lost Pixer Jixer to cancer.
We did AI with his golden swimmers twice and we kept our Jixy from the D litter.
We keep Diava and him in our memory and their pictures are still on our fridge♥️♥️🐾🐾⭐️⭐️!
Both gone at 8 years of age from cancer much to young😪😪💔💔

✂️ Trimming: Hold the paw gently but securely. Clip small amounts of the nail at a time, aiming for the tip and staying parallel to the bottom of the nail.

Elsa’s (my phone keeps putting in Else) many sleeping positions!
Todays firsts #1 - long leash come training , well she must get this from her grandpa Rico tuning me out when sniffing and adventuring around.
# 2 - poor pumpkin …she got bit by wasp in the left shoulder rolling around yelping she finally ran to me so i could wipe it off, nothing like treats and some icing to help make it all better♥️🐾 . She also helped me w**d garden but now when i call her she comes much better!!! Quick and smart learner this one

Anjas daughter female 2 born will be staying with us her name is now Riavas Huntress Elsa aka Elsa.
She is the mini me of our sweet Anja
And we have been enjoying her so much she fits right in easy here!
For now she will stay with us but see if by then im open to her going to a special home?

Saturday Kelsey & Tanya came to pick up Vanny he has been doing so great on quail, riding in Viking and in creek! Some cute videos of his good retrieving too. Many thinks it’s just those “purple rings”… really nothing to it. What they don’t realize is all the doors they open for us if someone sticks to it and start to work those rings. It’s simply magical but only those will ever be part of this magic who walks the path of the purple wave.

Well first pup left (Janet 🥲)female 4 …Blue or Riavas Harmony Blue said goodbye to us.
We wish Louden and Blue all the very best together. Loudens friend Yoland came down too which is how Louden found out above Us and pups.
Thank you for giving Blue a wonderful home with lots of future hunting. We look forward to keeping in touch and to hear how she is doing in Abbotsford! ♥️🐾. Safe travels today to you both🥰🐾.

Had a great visit from Margret,Michael & Ruby. Ruby is from Jixy & Falcos first litter in 2022. They came down Friday just to see the puppies before they all leave. Micheal said they came when it was safe that all pups had homes as Margaret might have taken one home !!! Lol 😂
They brought us a beautiful bouquet of flowers and home grown radishes which had best flavor ever!
We love it when previous Riava dog owners come to see the puppies.
Pat & Blake have our A & B litter dogs
And they come every litter to see the pups thats 8 times so far!
We appeciate everyones visits and interest in our litters 🥰♥️🐾

Congratulations to Katja and Thomas from St Albert For their pick of Girl #2 born the names they chose are Riavas Hazel aka Anka.
And also to Louden of Abbotsford on getting his special girl Riavas Harmony Blue aka Blue. Loudens good friend Yoland sent him pictures of these sweet pups from his pup visit and Louden called and now he has one of these beautiful pups! Thank you to Yoland for referring your nice friend to Riava ♥️

Beautiful Day spent with puppies, Anja &Jixy. Garth & Rico “ the boys” went to farm to work on machinery.
Doreen and Wayne came by to spend some time with their girl Ellie.
