We love to see our 2 year olds hit the track and act like seasoned professionals 👌🏼💙
It’s baby racehorse season around here but somehow coming 3 year old warmblood Mr. Will.i.am snuck in for some light breaking.
Having him in the barn was such a good reminder that no matter the breed or future job they are expected to do, the basics are all the same and a good breaking job goes a long way! Looking forward to seeing this young horse thrive in the jumper world for the years to come 💙
Oakie’s favourite part of morning chores 💆🏼♀️
Good things come in small packages 💙
This red dun colt had a bad habit of freezing then launching forward. Our big paint pony horse can be intense at times and was a little too intimidating for him. So I pulled out little bitty 3 year old colt Rip to give me a hand.
A couple minutes of moving his feet around in a relaxed way and he was happily exploring the farm!
2 months ago this unhandled 2 year old tb colt came to us. He was as big and strong as he was rude, and was used to throwing his weight around to get what he wanted. But with a little time and patience he’s blossomed into a very well mannered gelding and is headed to the track next week!
One of these things is not like the other 🤣
Fly season is upon us, some were sent overly prepared 🤣
Had this pretty little girl in for breaking last fall.
I decided to show her to some other clients and ended up added her to their already full load of show ponies going home!
Gucci girl is coming along so beautifully 💙
What a great end to the week! 🌞
3 year old Beans has really transformed from a sharp and spooky girl and is enjoying the relaxed side of training more and more.
This seems to be her favourite way to cool out after a gallop, no complaints here!
If I say kid safe, even a monkey could ride it backwards… I promise you, I mean it!
Blue sold for asking price before I got a chance to post her, she will go on to teach the next generation of kiddos to ride 💙
To the snow we go!
Best way to cool down the 2year olds after a good gallop 😍
Love having owners that are game to come ride their own young ones with me! Rudy and Quincy who have been here the past month sure did act like old pros out on a big ride today, such good babies!
I’ve been told I need to be posting more on the page, so I’m on it!
Busy weekend of training horses coming and going. These three ponies are in for breaking, love to see them flicking their toes and taking a look around!
Every day for five months “Judge” dropped down the instant his stall was mucked and had a roll. Then for a couple weeks in the arena on the lead rope after hand walking . It sure does my heart happy to see him turned out and enjoying his first roll just being a horse!
Rehabbing is a long and sometimes tough time filled with set backs, but the end result is always worth it. Very thankful for owners and trainers that do right by their horses and give them the time they need 💙
