Our little horsey business won the Tourism Excellence award presented by this weekend🎉
We wouldn’t be here in this moment without some big shout outs to first and foremost Bryan and for the foundation they laid with this business. They worked so hard to build the clientele, the wagons and the experience over 20 years, we’ve been the lucky ones that are carrying on the tradition. Our family and that come and spend their Christmas’ supporting this wild ride, we would not be here without you all.
Our teamsters that provide the safe driving and campfire experience, all local legends in their own rights and we are fortunate they stick with us to make the tours unforgettable.
Our horses. We can’t say enough about these gentle giants that year after year, pull sleigh after sleigh & clop down the streets of our Northern towns spreading joy. We love you all: Bullit & Beckett, Maggie & Brooke, Tango & Spirit, Anna & Tilly, Pat & Belle.
It’s funny that the other nominees in our category, and have actually helped to elevate B & T to where it is today. Tomas and his beautiful photos have helped spread the horse experience far and wide so thank you! And Smithers brewing, there’s not enough words to express how thankful we are to be walking in the business world with you. Continually lifting each other up and supporting each other.
This award would have been equally deserving of either of you.

A moment of appreciation for the traditional things
Our nighttime sleigh rides are lit by the warm glow of kerosene lanterns. All are vintage, items once tossed in the back of barns, basements or sheds restored right here on the farm.
There’s nothing quite like the light of a lantern and we take great care of these beauties so we can share them with you!
