Meet miss Sierra. Sierra is a 16HH, 8 Yr old grade paint mare. She has been ridden English and western. Shown in the long stirrup division and qualified for trillium Championships. She is a point and shoot jumper and rides great western aswell. She has been on lots of trail rides, good on the road, ditches, swimming in the lake, very quiet bareback. She would make a great all around horses for an intermediate or experienced rider. Easy transitions, lead changes, body control, side passing, good with gates and obstacles.
UTD on everything. She has been passported. Will pass a PPE, has never had any soundness issues. Currently lives outside full time, comes in daily for grain, great in a stall!

A fun highlight from the liberty demonstration! Renchenzo De Ambiente was very proud of him self after his side passing! Enzo is a 2 Yr old stud colt who has been in the liberty program for only 6 weeks and is already showing so much effort and style in his liberty maneuvers! Meet Cricket, 2021 Grey Filly. Currently sticked at 14.3hh, will finish around 15.1/15.2hh. This filly is bred to work cattle and she has presence to boot. She has 40 days of ground work including obstacle work, flagging, being ponied on trails, trailer loading, tying, ground tying, bathing, lunging and general ground manners. Then 60 days of riding which has included trail rides out alone and in a group, road rides, she loves being in the lake, arena work, body control basics and softness, positive forward movements. She will circle nicely, very easy transitions and a great start to her stop! She has never offered to buck, bolt or rear at any point in her training program! With her bloodlines being performance with ranch horses you are gettin quick footed, athletic mind with big strong bone and a solid work ethic!

I really enjoy working these two together. These guys have been close pals for years while being in and out of training at the same time and seeing each other at shows. Now seeing them work together in harmony they are starting to really create a connection and rhythm! Looking forward to the future with these two!
We have been having a great time at rope nights! Everyone has been working very hard and we think many riders are getting ready to start roping some live steers! Next Tuesday we are bringing in the cattle so everyone will have the oppertunity to try to rope a live one! 🎉🎉 we will still have the hot heels and the ground roping dummy’s aswell!
We still encourage riders of all levels and all levels of rope experience!

She has a 30 day start on her where she was exposed to some trail miles, obstacles, ponying off of other horses, the indoor arena aswell as the outdoor arena, road riding, swimming in the lake and some flag work. I have worked her on the CowTrac a handful of times and she has a tonne of natural ability.She is very keen and agile. This mare wants to work, I think she would do very well in the cattle world, as she is already showing a lot of natural stop and turn plus she will track anything that you put in front of her nose. Ties quiet, good with mixed herd, bathes, trailers, very easy to catch. LG is a very kind and sweet mare.
LG’s sire is a Smart Little Lena grandson and her dam is a Grays Starlight granddaughter. Both of LG’s parents were very athletic and cowy, used in Team Penning.

Mahone was born and raised in a western pleasure breeding program in Illinois, he then sold in the Congress Super Sale as a yearling. He was given a great foundation through a couple western performance programs and is now ready to be finished and shown your way! This guy is a very nice mover, easy transitions, slow easy gates but also can long trot out and cover ground. Confident over obstacles, great on trail rides and on the road. Mahone would be best suited for a non pro or youth mount who is looking to get into the all around AQHA events, western trail, western pleasure, or ranch riding classes. Requires front shoes, no other maintenance. Great in a stall, lives in a mixed herd, clips, ties, bathes, VERY easy to be around.

Prada has been killing her loping drills! Lately Prada has been my go to all around horse to pony colts, I have been teaching off of her, using her to rope off of and pretty well anything that I need a quiet and confident horse for. But there is nothing that she is more content doing then liberty! She makes it that much more fun!

Portia is a 2021 buckskin filly. Both of her parents are 15.1hh and she should finish at least that. She has a very quiet foundation she has been very keen and receptive through the whole process. Portia is very sweet, ties, ground ties, no problem loading and trailering, have been exposed to many different obstacles, ponied, has 60 days training and is in continual training. Bathes, clips, great for farrier, excellent ground manners. She has the same sire as my mare Prada who has proven to have an exceptional mind and has been very versatile. Portia is bred for speed and durability. I think she would do well in the barrel pen and as a great all around horse.
She is sired by MAJOR ZANZABAR, who stands at Moose Mountain Ranch in Sask. He consistently produces offspring with great ,quiet minds, trainability, athletic ability and versatility.

I can’t say it enough with captain! THE QUIETEST 3 Yr old around!! This excavator was making lots of scary sounds all day working on improving our facility and Mr. Captain just wanted to make friends with it!!
This guy has been exposed to a lot! He has a solid foundation on all of his maneuvers, trail rides out alone, no problem with water, ponying other horses, kids and dogs being around him. He is happy as pie being ridden western, English or bareback! He is well on his way to being a great all around kid who will be your go to! Kick him out for a few months and he will be the same easy going dude every time!

First ride on miss Chexy! This 2 year old filly is very special to me because I owned and showed her full sister in the reining pen. I am very grateful to now have this filly in my training program!
No surprises here, like all of the other Golden Lena Chex horses that I have started, it was smooth as butter!
Amy and I were out on a trail ride and I had to get off for a bit. Good thing this kid has a great easy mount and I just had to find something to climb up on.
This is a skill that we teach to all horses that come through the program. I find this to be a simple but very valuable skill that I use way more than I even realize.
