At this point each of our groomers are BOOKING up!

We have a fantastic team I tell ya 😜

However this can be frustrating to those of you waiting until last minute to get your dog groomed and we have to tell you we are booking a month out. Trust us! We get it! And we do our best to accommodate people, often our groomers working overtime.

I can't tell you how important it is to

If you come every 4 weeks, prebook at least your next 3

If you come every 6 - 8 weeks prebook your next 2!

I would like to remind everyone about our requirements on our intake forms.

*Dogs that require haircuts will be expected to be on a 4, 6 or 8 week schedule with the odd 10 week schedule allowed (depending on coat type).

*We will see a matted dog once and expect the owner to follow our suggested grooming schedule to avoid matting.

- we have been EXTREMELY LENIENT about this and now that we are so booked up we need our clients to follow our suggestions in order to keep our schedule flowing smoothly. A matted dog will take much extra time and care. It will throw off our entire schedule for the day. We cannot rush this process as it can be very dangerous. If you cannot stay on a regular schedule and cannot maintain your dogs coat at home then unfortunately we are not the salon for you.

We are not doing matted shave downs or dematting everytime your dog comes in. It's a HUGE liability and extremely uncomfortable for your dog.
Dogs that come in with matting will be charged accordingly.
If your dog is always coming in matted then that means you are being unrealistic with the desired length, maintenance at home and frequency of grooming appointments! Let's fix that for you!

Guys this is HUGE and SOOOO needed!!!!

Unleashed is offering Cooperative Care classes! They feel there’s a gap between learning what we think dogs need to know and what they really should know.
Animal behavior is a crucial aspect of Grooming care! Cooperative care behaviors ease stress and turn uncomfortable examinations into fun reward-earning games. Without the ability to communicate, the pet may panic during a grooming session causing increased fear, stress, aggression, and anxiety that is associated with handling and restraint. Which then can cause the whole salon stress.

Teaching animals new behaviors to participate in husbandry procedures such as grooming, nail trims, etc is possible and they are going to do this at their first workshop on June 23, 2024!

Attention : Currently Unable to accept new Doodle Clients

Due to the physical restrictions our groomers endure with the many variations of Doodles we are unable to book more than one doodle a day with each groomer. We are currently over capacity with our doodle clients and are UNABLE TO ADD ANY NEW DOODLE CLIENTS to the schedule. We will update our website if anything changes.

If you are going to need your dog groomed in July or August, I suggest booking NOW! I know this may sound crazy but if you want your dog groomed before Christmas, I also suggest booking it now. Don't say you weren't warned 😉
