Dog walking and pet care by Registered Veterinary Technician with more than 6 years experience in companion animal husbandry and handling.

I am offering help with pet needs such as walks, doggy day care, drop in visits and more. I started with dog walking back in 2014. Then went into veterinary medicine in 2015 as an assistant at first and then graduated Seneca College Veterinary Technician program in 2019. I have been working full time in emergency clinics since but dog walking has always been my favorite hobby!

As a registered veterinary technician I also offer help with at-home nursing care for sick/recovering pets:
- bandage/splint changes
-SQ fluids administration
-SQ/IM injections, such as insulin
-oral medication administration
-brush out/bath post hospital stay

I find it interesting how the pandemic has affected our everyday lives. In veterinary field a new term has emerged - COVID puppy. We see them in clinic all the time now - timid, awkward, unsure of how to behave themselves around people or other animals. While not too long ago those young pups would run towards us wagging their tails and give everybody kisses. Last week I had my first COVID puppy as a guest here. Luna is a 18 months old dog that has not had much socialization, as most of her life was spent in quarantine. It was so rewarding to see her coming out of her shell within the first hour of her being here! We met as strangers and parted as best friends! See you again soon, pal!
