I have grown more veggie plants than I can possibly use. Please come and volunteer tomorrow and on Friday and take home a free tomato plant or 3. All unique heirloom varieties!!!

Jessey Njau was a technology enthusiast for most of his career, working in various roles in the tech industry. However, as he learned more about industrial agriculture's environmental and social impacts, he became increasingly interested in urban farming to promote sustainability and improve access to healthy food. Despite having no prior experience in agriculture,

Jessey decided to make a career change and become an urban farmer. He began volunteering at local farms and taking online permaculture and urban agriculture courses. Eventually, he founded Zawadi Farm and Zawadi Connections, and as a full-time urban farmer, he now works to cultivate various vegetables and herbs in an urban setting. In his spare time, Jessey remains current on the latest developments in agriculture technology and is always looking for ways to incorporate innovations into his farming practices.

Hey everyone! Next week I'm starting my first garden install with Neighbourhood Foodscapes! It's on my parents' property as I gotta start building my portfolio. We're doing this at cost I'm wondering if any of my friends would be interested in volunteering. As you all know I have another full-time job so we want to finish this as quickly as possible.

Neighbourhood foodscapes is a not-for-profit corporation. Though we hope to get to a point where a substantial amount of the work is done by employees and stakeholders, we are currently entirely volunteers. I will not be making any money from this project.

If you're interested in spending some time in a beautiful garden, learning some basic carpentry and gardening skills, enjoying some free food and good company, let me know!
