Terms Of Service-TOS By purchasing one of our geckos you are agreeing to our terms of sale. Here at Five Star Geckos we only offer healthy and well established geckos. I also do payment plans with 25% down, and the gecko must be payed for in full 30 days from the day the 25% was put down, if not payed within this time period refunds will be void. I do not ship animals when the weather is to cold or to hot outside. If the weather is good to ship your gecko will be sent to you and it is your responsibility to be home when your gecko is being delivered. On top of the price of the gecko it is your responsibility to pay for shipping. If you are picking up an animal it is also your responsibility to get your new gecko home safely, that means if you stop in at all your friends houses to show them your gecko this is not getting your gecko home safely. When you arrive home it is best to keep handling to a minimum as these geckos need time to acclimate to their new enclosure so you should give the gecko time to settle in, but you can still mist your gecko & provide food during the acclimation period. The acclimation period should be for 4-7 days before you should start handling your gecko. Any DOA's will be refunded if a picture is provided of the gecko and I will also work with you by giving you a replacement gecko you choose that is what you want. The live arrival guarantee is only offered if your gecko arrives DOA or passes withing 24 hours of receiving it. Geckos are living creatures that deserve the best care provided and we do not ship geckos if the weather is either to hot or to cold on either end, but once the weather improves and the gecko can be safely shipped we will do so.
