Valerie Diamond has a lifelong passion for animals. She grew up with cats, a dog, and even had pet rats during her childhood. She found her passion to work with pets when she attended Northern College for the Veterinary Assistant program, and the Animal Grooming program, graduating both programs with honours.

For over 5 years, Valerie has groomed pets to look and feel their best. She loves to build a bond of trust with every pet by finding ways to make them comfortable. Valerie continually learns about new styles by attending seminars and grooming expos. She has competed in events such as a rescue rodeo to groom rescued pets for adoption and mystery grooming contests.

When Valerie is not grooming, she spends time with her partner Justin and two dogs Max (Shih Tzu) and Mogar (Australian Cattle Dog Cross) at the park. She loves snuggles with her cats Tucker and Scar as well as her rabbit Umbreon while watching TV.
