New hours of operation for Summer 2024!

•Parkdale will only be open Wednesday-Sunday starting in June.

•Monday & Tuesday are closed.

This doesn’t mean less availability. We have more groomers in on the 5 days that we’re open so we will be able to accommodate the summer rush even with this new schedule.

As always booking ahead is encouraged to secure a spot for you and your pet’s preferred groomer. 😜

*Ps. Dundas will stay with their current schedule.

We are sad to announce that our Amazing groomer Lynne is leaving us. 😩

We are very happy for her on her new chapter as she is moving back home to start a new life and her own business.

Her last day will be may 25th. She might still have a few spots left here and there but shes pretty much booked up until she leaves.

Get your last groom with her if you want to see her one more time.

For her current clients, she may have already recommended you one of our groomers from either locations that will best match your pups. If you need help with the transition, Lynne and the whole team is happy to help you.

We want to make sure that this transition will be as easy as possible for everyone.

Its no secret, our family is growing and our new family member is set to arrive mid March.

We are excited for this new chapter in our lives and we look forward to meeting our new baby.

With that news, I will be taking a big step back to grooming to spend more time with family. My availability will be very limited (specially the first 4 weeks of the baby’s arrival).

I will not be taking on new clients with the exception of cases where it needs my special attention (extreme cases).

My Team will be happy to take on all of my clients and I promise you that they will be in great hands.

If you need to secure a spot with me, the best way to do that is to book for the whole year. Pre-booking will secure your spot with me. (Call the shop to do this).

As always, thank you for all the love and support you’ve given me and my business. You are all family to me and Id love to share this new journey with everyone.
