How to protect your pet in the heat
Summer’s here, and while you’re dreaming of popsicles and shade, your pet’s thinking “why is the floor on fire?” 🥵🐾☀️
Let’s keep our fluffy friends cool, safe, and far from the meltdown zone 😅🐶❄️
Avoid walking during peak heat — early mornings and late evenings are your new besties 🌅🌇 Hot pavement = hot paws = not cool at all 🚫🔥
Always have fresh water ready — at home, on walks, in your bag, everywhere 💦💧 Hydrated pet = happy pet = no tongue dragging on the floor
Never leave your pet in a parked car. Not even for “just a minute” 🚗😱 It gets hot in there faster than you can say “oops”
Create chill zones — fans, cool mats, shady corners, frozen treats, anything that screams “mini pet resort” 🧊🌴😎
Watch for signs of overheating — heavy panting, glazed eyes, weakness. If you see anything weird, cool them down and call the vet 🆘🐾
Bonus points for stylish sun protection — short-haired pets might love a doggy T-shirt or hat. Just don’t forget the attitude to match 😎🐕
Let’s make this summer a chill, waggy, ice-cube-filled adventure for your four-legged bestie 🐕🍦🐾
