Pogostemon Stellatus Octopus, is similar to its sister plant normal p. stellatus, but with more purple long appendage like foliage . Low to medium light will do it , and a much easier plant to propagate than its counter parts. Enjoy this easy plant in most tanks.

Wendtii Nurii . I have two types that grow different leaves formations. One is flat and broad and this one from APC is more blade like . Both are in the same tank. Beautiful tiger stripes on both though.

These are our higher grade Green Jade shrimps raised in local Toronto tap water . We have been culling for over 4 years, and breed very well. Green jades are a select strain of the Neocaridina shrimps similar to cherry shrimps

Green Cabomba / Cabomba Aquatica is one of the staple low to moderate light plants. It’s easy peazy and creates great bushy background / mid ground coverage that also acts as great coverage for fry.

One of my fav mosses, christmas treat looking fronds , east to grow and not as messy as Xmas moss. Yes guessed it , peacock or spikey moss is what you see . Great moss wall and general use on wood and rock

Ludwigia inclinata var. verticillata ‘Meta’. Ludwigia Meta is the common name, but common it is not! This plant looks very similar to pantenal but it’s much easier to take care of. Good iron supports a dark red almost glowing colour, a truly stunning rare variant of Ludwigia. The APM fert protocol is one of the reason why the picture of our Meta collection is so vibrant.

Bucepahalndra Brownie Blue is one of the easier true aquatic buces. This is in a 4 year old setup . It does really well in full setup tanks.

A relatively hard to find moss locally; the Willow moss makes a great dynamic feature when tied down to a nice flatter piece of rock or wood. It’s unique singular prongs of foliage makes it very different from others mosses that have Christmas tree like foliage. It’s a nice contrast to the Xmas and giant moss or phoenix mosses. Just started to offer a few portions on aquaticplantman.com. :)

Mini Christmas moss is one of my favourite rare mosses. It is about 1/4 of the traditional Christmas moss with multiple internodes that look like Xmas tree leaves. An easy to care for plant to add to your beautiful aquascape. This moss grows with moderate light and smaller with higher light. Great pick for nano tanks.

Giant Trident Fern has been growing in my tank for over 20 years from one mutation in my tank. Each leaf is about 10-13 inches tall, with trident 🔱 spread at the top . Great for larger tanks. It also grows exceptionally fast vs our regular Java / Phillipine ferns. Compares to the mini trident fern, it has much broader leaves where the mini trident is more like needle leaf fern.

Rotala Macrandra mini butterfly type 2 . I thought I lost this species but it has grown back like a champ in my 30 gallon holding/ shrimp tank. So happy to be able to share some.

Ludwigia Palustris is a go to easy red plant. It is fine and grows up to 10-30cm with lateral shoots or replant clipped tops. It’s a go to plant most Aquarist will try at some point of their scaping experience. Although not required, co2 and high light will drive intense red colors

Ludwigia sp. white just about fully transitioned and ready to share . My top 10 stem plant by far. If you are a plant hoarder like me, or duchy scaper, this plant is for you. I do have to say it loves ei dosing setups, high light and lots of co2 . There’s no other stem plant that gives this bright white/ pink hue. It is one gorgeous rare plant.

Transition Ludwigia white from emersed to submersed. Notice the thinner leaf plants, they are the submersed leave vs the boarder pink ones that’s in half transition. The greener white are the fully emersed type . Tough plant to keep typically but this tank is doing pretty good. I use bagged potting soil button with ada regular on top. I have a lot of heavy root feeders in this tank so the bagged soil works well. #

Ludwigia senegalnesis is one of my favourite red plants. The patterns are just insane. There aren’t many aquatic plants like it. I have a few stems to spare. Anyone have good experiences with it ? I have had them grown in moderate conditions without success but this time with high red lighting and new ada, it’s looking amazing !

Hornwort is one of the easiest aquatic plants in the hobby. If you kill this one, you should get out of the hobby ;) all kidding aside, it’s a great starting plant and strategic plant for breeders looking for fry cover that is east
mine portion contains hand full of plants.
