These are my terms, it makes for peaceful business, if you don’t want risk, just buy fish with no marks beside them
Fish without stars are quarantined at my risk, if the fish dies in qt you get another fish, fish marked with a star can be QT but it would be at the customer's total risk...if the fish dies, I keep all the money, but you do get a 20% condolences discount on your next livestock order. I don’t complain when I lose fish at my risk, so I don’t want to hear complaints when fish die at customers risk. To be Very Clear, no Complaints are ever allowed under any circumstances, even if I get drunk and do the happy stabby Monkey dance (if you think I would cut up a fish I don’t want you to be my customer)and I cut your fish into tiny pieces in front of you, you are Not Allowed to even Murmur a Whisper of a complaint, (I don’t send pictures of dead fish, why would I bother to lie, I have already been paid for the fish and you’re not allowed to complain anyway, I will happily send you pictures of live fish, because they’re pretty ) I don’t tell you if your fish die until you call, if this may cause you distress, please don’t buy fish from me.
I STRONGLY suggest that you not buy these fish marked with stars if you are uncomfortable with the risk of it dying in quarantine and you losing all your money, if you are concerned with the risk of the fish dying in qt, I BEG you not to order it, just buy fish without any marks beside them and you have no risk and happinesses guaranteed , we now have the Tysen Mancuso rule, tag him on Facebook to see his version, if you say that you read the paragraph and agree to its terms and conditions, and then your fish dies while in my tanks instead of your tank, because if it died in my tank it would be much more likely to die in your tank, unless you have a 200 gallon qt system and if you think you can get a refund by s**t posting about me on Facebook you will, a, not get a refund, and b, you will be ridiculed on Facebook, for being a whiney little baby, seriously if you ever think there is a remote possibility you may turn into a whiney little baby, then please I beg you, don’t buy fish from me at all, I do not want you as a customer if you’re going to possibly potentially cause a frown to pass my brow, it’s business, I’m not your father, go elsewhere, anyplace else, as far away from me as possible, I don’t need a whiney little baby in my life, I want everyone to be perfectly clear that I don’t want any complaints in my life, I don’t need it, I’m the only person doing what I do, the rules are as clear as I possibly can make them, it’s simple, if you don’t like my policies, don’t buy, I have so so very many wonderful customers who love me so much, and I will sell my fish to them, I don’t need any stress in my life whatsoever and will not tolerate complaints of any kind, I hope this is perfectly clear, I don’t know how to make it more clear. The fish with stars are more delicate or difficult, or a pain to get to eat) and I don’t want the risk. I only do this for money so I can enjoy the finer things in life, like eating and sleeping under a roof. If you have a quarantine tank you can quarantine the fish yourself for the quarantine price if you don’t want enough fish to get the $250 minimum for nqt. All fish must be paid for before I pick them up (The Eric Blue Star rule) unless otherwise arraigned, and if you have achieved Good Customer status, and we allow you to pay upon pickup, and if you make an appointment, and then not show up, we will hold it at your risk and if you don’t pay for it, you lose customer status, we quarantine for three weeks in copper safe, and then you have one week to pick them up, or we keep the money and the fish. If you forget to pick them up when the quarantine period is finished it’s not my problem, I am not your Father. If you need us to keep the fish after the four weeks is finished, you can pay us in advance to board your fish until you can pick them up, we charge $47 dollars per day because we want you to come and pick up your fish or we want to make money if you don’t. We do not quarantine fish bought from other stores, I don’t need their problems , go to my Facebook reviews and read Abe Berro’s post
