MINDY - Mexi-Shep / 8.5 Years / 28kg / F-Spayed

IYKYK that the shy pups have a way of working their way deep into your hearts. That is our girl Mindy - she has been a favourite of many DIBSters since she was first adopted in early 2018, and while we are sad that it didn't work with her family, we are happy to be part of her journey again.

She is shy, and slow to trust, and we are working on that. While she is a homebody, she loves her walks and adventures. This past weekend she did a 8km hike with her foster family and loved the smells, meeting new dogs, and humans alike. In fact, we don't think Mindy has ever met a dog that she doesn't like. Cats are pretty cool too! (We loved that upon her return that a cat she hadn't seen since 2018, walked right up to her and they booped noses - a bit of a "hello old friend" moment).

Her future peeps will have to have an existing dog in the home. Other than that, Mindy is easy. She is so very polite, house-trained and the best house manners. She may bark at the door from time to time, but some dogs just love to do that.
