It is with great sadness in my heart to let you know that Shelagh Tarleton, dog lover and friend, passed away yesterday at Michale Garron hospital. She was surrounded by her family. She was an amazing and kind person whose love for rescue dogs was contagious and admirable. You will be missed at Cassels park. Reggie will be well looked after by all of us.
