About Gen

Born and raised in Toronto, Gen grew up along side her mothers two dogs, a great dane and pug named Roxy & Bubba, who were more like siblings to her than pets. Since childhood she's been passionate about animals, reading and learning about them, drawing them, and spending time outside in nature. This gave her all the real life experiences of living with and caring for animals and inspired her to pursue a career in pet care.

She has been working professionally with animals since 2014, as an animal care provider at a doggy daycare in downtown Toronto, and an independent dog walker with several different dog walking companies across the city.

In the summer of 2018 Gen's Friends was born! Everyday, she strives to provide pets across Toronto's East End with premium pet services, and quality care. When Gen's not out working with your animals she's at home with her two cats pursuing her passions for learning about animals & creating different forms of visual art!
