How do hydroponics work?

Hydroponic systems are common in vine greenhouses and Indoor Vertical Farming as they have many advantages.

- No soil necessary
- Space effective
= Reduced pesticide use
Hydroponic systems substitute nutrient-rich water for the soil.
The plant's roots are submerged directly in this nutrient-rich solution making growing crops easier than ever!
There are a few basic elements that all hydroponic systems need, such as fresh water, oxygen, root support, nutrients, and light.
Hydroponics are great for home use.
Regularly change the water and maintain a pH of 6-6.5.
Add nutrients every time the water is changed.
Oxygen is provided an aquarium air pump in the water container.
The plant's need some support, such coconut fiber or stones.
Lighting is integral to your plant's growth, use the sun or LED lighting.
