Position: Aquarium and Exotic Pets Specialist (3-5 years experience)
Location: Downtown Toronto

Job Description:
As an Aquarium and Exotic Pets Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Assisting customers in selecting appropriate aquarium setups, livestock, and supplies.
* Providing expert advice on aquarium maintenance, water chemistry, and fish/invertebrate care.
* Educating customers on the care requirements of exotic pets such as reptiles, amphibians, and small mammals.
* Performing water testing and analysis to maintain optimal aquatic environments.
* Handling and feeding exotic animals while adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
* Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the store’s aquatic and exotic pet sections.
* Participating in inventory management and stocking of products.
Requirements:
* Passion for and knowledge of aquarium keeping and exotic pet care.
* Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
* Willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
* Physical ability to lift and move heavy aquarium equipment and animal habitats.
