Ruffin' It We are a Force-Free, positive reinforcement dog walking business located in East Toronto, offering small group walks in Leslieville, Riverdale & Riverside

Ruffin' It Toronto provides private, semi-private and small group walks (maximum 4 dogs per group). In additon, we offer puppy visits and p*e breaks. We take a special interest in rescues and dogs with special needs. We are also completely force free and practice positive reinforcement on all walks.

RIP to the best puggle to grace this earth, Brooklyn.

Brooklyn passed away after a brief illness a month ago. It took me awhile to come to terms with it, we’ve been walking her a long time and she was the absolutely loveliest of dogs.

She made our original morning crew whole, when it was just me running the business, and I had Oscar, Po and Rosie who needed that last pup to fit in and make a perfect group. They all loved to sniff, roll, sniff some more, p*e on all the surfaces and belly flop shadey grass patches.

Brooklyn was our puppy intro dog, our couch companion, and our mood booster. She had the best excited screams when you picked her up for her walk, even if you had seen her just 24 hours previously she was ready to start the day with the best greeting possible.

She was so loved by her family and really did have the absolute best life. Oscar and Po and all the rest of us will miss her greatly. Our condolences to her family. It never gets easier saying good bye 💔🌈

This is Cheeks. He is a relative of our favourite cockapoo, Bob (same breeder). Bob is Cheeks springing board in this picture.

His parents had a little vacation and he had a vacation of his own at Bob’s place, so he joined our walks for a week. We were thrilled to have another amazing cockapoo with us and his name was super fun to yell across a dog park (we love a good unconventional dog name). Sad to see Cheeks go, but looking forward to having him back in the future ♥️..
