It’s Spooktober which means it’s pumpkin time! Don’t waste the pumpkin seeds. Air fryer pumpkin seeds are an addictive and crunchy snack and easy and fast to make.

1 cup of pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon of Olive oil
1/4 teaspoon of salt and pepper
Tom Cat Hot Sauce from 3 Angry Cats (to your deserved heat level)

Mix all ingredients together and place them in the air fryer at 350 deg F for 10 minutes.
