As I set up my new system I am inputting all appointments so you will receive some notifications as I enter things. It will take a bit of getting used to and juggling all my clients and making the schedule work long term (changes will always happen so no worries if these future appointments don’t work for you, we can always change if there is a need)

Hello Everyone!!!

So we have some changes coming our way!
The new shop will be ready the end of June🙌🤪

I aim to be in there grooming after the July holiday😍
I will be reaching out to remind everyone before thier grooming appointments as they come!

Also, I will be implementing a new system for scheduling which will allow for text reminders! I will be moving away from the traditional pen and paper.
In order to have access to the reminders you MUST provide me with your cell phone number.

When moving to this new system I will also be implementing a booking policy. I will now require you to book 6 months ahead(excludes nail appointments)
Your appointment will be on the same day/time every 6/8/12 weeks (dependant on breed/coat needs/availability)
**This will be a requirement to stay on as a client with me.
This allows me to have better control of my scheduling/finances and the amount of room I have to take on new clients.
This also benefits you and your dog🥰 Staying on a regular grooming routine is key to healthy coats!

New Booking Policy will take effect June 3rd. At your next appointment I will give you your next 6 months worth of appointments. For some that will be 2 appointments, some it will be more. This may or may not be permanent but I need to know what I have for space available. Booking everyone out a few appointments will allow me to see that availability!

Happy Saturday everyone! I thought I should formally introduce myself and explain a bit on how I got to this point🥰 My name is Tiffany 👋 I am turning 30, have a husband, daughter, and 3 fur babies 🐶 I am an all around animal lover but dogs 🐕 certainly steal my heart with horses coming in close second🙈 Since graduating from Office Admin at NSCC in 2013, I have spent most of my time working for VON in the office doing scheduling. While my time there has been rewarding in so many ways, it has also been very trying at times. After losing my sister a few years ago and my mother this year, I began to question what I wanted to do with the rest of my life. I wanted to really love it, whatever it was. My mom always loved her career, I wanted that 💕 At first, I thought maybe an accountant because I love numbers…. I know it’s odd🤣 But fear of boredom made me second guess that. Randomly one day dog grooming came to my mind!! It was the perfect fit! Something that I would love but also something I could support my family with! That’s all we all are trying to do out here🙌 After finding Mommzie’s Doggie Spa I knew I could make it happen! I have spent the past two months with Steph and have already learned a tonne of information and skills! I cannot thank her enough for her generosity, kindness, and knowledge 🫶 And if you’re still reading after that long winded post… thank you🤣🫶 Ps, after Oct 15th I will usually always have a touque on🤣 #sorrynotsorry
