Looking for an associate to join our very busy Mixed Animal Practice in Turtleford, SK! Our clinic is a rural practice located 1hr from Lloydminster and North Battleford. It is just 20 min from the tourist destinations of Turtle Lake and Brightsand Lake! Beautiful country and lots of opportunity for the outdoor enthusiast!
We currently are a 50 percent small animal and 50 percent large animal practice with the large animal split being 40 percent Equine and 60 percent Bovine. We have 3 veterinarians working at the practice, 2 full time and 1 part time. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, motivated, experienced in large animal handling and would like to work fulltime. We offer 4 day work weeks, competitive salary and after hours compensation, benefits and CE and membership dues paid. We strive to provide a family friendly environment and help our employees to have good work/life balance. Mentorship is available and an individual that works well as a team would thrive in our clinic environment.
We have a brand new clinic that was built in 2022 with dedicated small animal exam rooms, treatment room, surgery suite, and dental suite. There is also dedicated Equine and Bovine areas with stalls, stocks, outdoor pens and 2 treatment shoots. We have digital xray for equine and small animal, sonoace pico ultrasound, bcf ultrasounds, prostride system, small animal orthopedic surgery equipment, in house IDEXX blood machines, dental aire cart and digital dental xray as well as a work truck with loaded bowie box for farm calls and work cell phone for call. 4 dedicated technicians work with us currently with 25 years combined experience!

🐈‍⬛🐕🐾🧹CLEANER WANTED!🧽🐾🐕🐈‍⬛

We have a janitorial job opening at the clinic. Starting June 1st ideally. Duties will include; vacuuming and moping floors, cleaning bathrooms, taking out and changing garbages and recycling, cleaning sinks and surfaces throughout the clinic as well as laundry when you are there cleaning. The ideal candidate would be able to work independently and dedicate approx 15-20 hrs per week to the clinic. All cleaning supplies are supplied as well as we have a commercial floor cleaning machine for the floors.
Full disclosure this is not the job for you if you cannot handle cleaning up animal blood, urine and f***s. As well please keep in mind this is a physically demanding job.

❤️Meet "Rufus"! This sweet puppers is finally on the mend after he spent sometime at the clinic battling with a bladder stone that blocked his urethra! The "Buddy" Fund was used to help out this very deserving doggo! Thank you to everyone that donated money towards it! ❤️
