Merrylegs and Shorebird White-Winged Dove are trying something new! Yesterday they competed and qualified in their first Rally Novice Obedience Trial at Top Dogs Training Academy in Komoka! Dove is our sweet home-bred from the March 2021 litter (Merrylegs Will Raise the Standard X Gardenpath Dark Horse). Top Dogs did a fabulous job of running the show! Thank you to all the volunteers, Judge Lorraine Purnell and to my training coach Lindsay Joseph.

We are thrilled to announce that Shorebird Snowy Owl, aka River, just earned his PCD Title at the North York Trial under Judge Ted Leslie. Congratulations to Andy Mand. River is out of the Merrylegs Will Raise the Standard X Hillwood Arquette litter born January 30, 2023.

After thoroughly searching 6 vehicles, Merrylegs rose to the challenge and won her first very challenging leg towards her Elite Vehicle Title in Nosework with The United Kennel Club. Thank you to the United Kennel Club, the Canine Companion Training Academy, the Judges, Show Secretary and volunteers that made this show possible. I love my plucky little poodle with the big heart ❤️❤️❤️

Happy Mother's Day to all animal mothers. 🐵🐭🐔🫏🐩🐴
Merrylegs was the most wonderful Mother who always knew exactly what to do. She had 3 large litters and never lost a puppy. Merry was always loving, concerned, protective and careful with her puppies. She was also a lot of fun to work with! I love my plucky little poodle with the big heart. ❤❤❤
