The Groom Room at K9

Hello everyone! It’s been about 10 weeks since my car accident and recovery is going pretty well. With that being said, I feel I need to be honest with my clients.

My body has changed and my mobility is quite limited in my dominant wrist/elbow. As you can imagine.. I need these things to complete grooming services for your wonderful pups.

The heavy bit; For now I will be hanging up my scissors and taking a break from grooming. This choice does not come lightly as I’ve dreamed of having my own space for years.

I have a very good friend who will be taking over the space at the K9 Sports Centre. My friend Joanna has been grooming for around 20 years and I can guarantee she will give your pup the best treatment. Please reach out to the sports centre for more details.

Thank you to all my wonderful clients. The support you’ve shown over the years will never be forgotten. Each of your dogs is loved like they are my own and I will miss them dearly. I am thankful for every one of you 🖤

Hi everyone! I wish I were posting under better circumstances. This past Tuesday, I was in a head-on collision. Unfortunately, my right arm is broken in multiple places with some severe nerve damage. I will be heading into surgery this coming Saturday.

Of course there will be a long road to recovery; and I appreciate all of the well wishes from my clients. If you have an upcoming appointment, they will have to be cancelled. I encourage you to find another salon that you’re comfortable with for the time being.

If needed, I can help with some referrals. I am working with local grooming salons to help get appointments for all of you. Please contact me if you have any questions.

I will miss my clients dearly for the time being, and hopefully we can get back to business in the future. 🖤 Thank you all for the support! 🐾
