Here, Titus is receiving NMES (Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation). NMES works by gently stimulating muscles to contract, helping to preserve muscle mass and strength when the patient can't be too active.

Dottie the agility dog graduated from rehab after her TPLO. Her owner worked hard with her to get her back to herself ❤️. Congratulations Dottie!
Dottie will continue with hydrotherapy for a few more weeks to build up more strength and cardiovascular fitness to get her back in the ring.

Titus is a boxer with degenerative myelopathy, which causes loss of function for the back legs. Here he was enjoying some assisted standing on an inflatable peanut while he received his NMES (electrical nerve stimulation) and his laser therapy. This was after his hydrotherapy session. He also had his acupuncture with Dr. Kril of .vet.care right after this at our centre. He had lots of attention and a lovely relaxation session.

Hey everyone. Something related to larger 4-legged friends.

Jen's daughter Maddy, who competes in show jumping with her horse Nemo, was picked up to be an ambassador for 2 equine companies. One is a large company that makes hoof products for horses and another small business that makes blankets to tail wraps, such as Nemo's custom neck slinky as seen in the photo.
