‼️HOW TO REQUEST REFILLS‼️
Now that we know how to book appointments let’s take a look at how to create medication refills. If you haven’t seen the last post about booking an appointment make sure you take a look!
When requesting a medication refill your pet must already have a prescription with refills on file.
Step 1: Login to pet portal
Step 2: Go into patient that requires refill and select request prescription refill
Step 3: Once it is requested you can add pick up notes or dates. It will sit in the pending until it is ready for pick up.
Step 4: You will be notified via email or phone number that your medication is ready to be picked up.

🐾COOL CASE🐾
This young pup came to us for bloody nasal discharge and discomfort in the nasal region. After the patient was comfortably sedated further investigation was conducted. After some looking around Dr. Kaitlin pulled out this stick lodged in her nose.
The patients nasal cavity was flushed and she went home comfortably and stick free!

We run blood for various reasons. We could be checking for hydration status, infections, immune system responses, blood clotting ability, liver and kidney function, and much more!

Ear mite dance party!!
Ear mites are common in cats and can cause severe irritation and can lead to secondary damage. They are highly contagious between cats but are easily treatable.
Here are some signs and symptoms that may indicate your pet has ear mites:
- Dark brown material in the ear (will often look like coffee grounds)
- Head-shaking
- Stretching at ears
- Inflammation
- Redness
- Ear droop
Ear mites are a treatable condition. There are different treatments available that treat ear mites. It is important to treat your cats if you suspect that they have ear mites so it doesn’t not develop into a more serious condition.
Ear mites are contagious among other pets but humans cannot contract them. If you are concerned that your pet has ear mites contact your veterinarian or call and book an appointment with us. With a simple swab of the ear and a microscope we can detect if your pet has ear mites!
